The hotel was a good location for access to a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly & very accommodating. The hotel & room were clean & well kept. The weekend breakfast was very good. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but they said it will be open next year. We will definitely stay here again.

#1 Staff, Mike at the front desk was excellent. We arrived at 9pm and he was ready for us. Mike provided his personal cell phone number of we needed anything else from him. Older hotel and has been remodeled in a lot areas, but a great hotel. Amenities were exactly like described.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Tanger Outlet virtually next door. Easy access without the Hwy. 76 problems. The staff went above our expectations to make our stay superior to other hotels in the Branson area. The value is excellent. Branson has always had its issues with hotels and ttraffic, but the Grand Plaza solved them for our friends and families. We will always make this property our first choice in Branson. The hotel just opened 25 days ago. The entire pool area was closed. It did not say that when we booked. The elevator is super shaky. The room was clean. It could use more outlets and a modern update. There were several areas that needed new paint and some of the crown molding needed re hung. The breakfast was set up nicely but it was barely edible. However the staff was super friendly and helpful. They plan to have everything updated by March.
