Fantastic property, clean, open concept/modern, extremely close to the strip, very spacious, beautiful view, quiet. Great people who communicated and kept us informed with helpful information. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you Grand Welcome for a great family vacation spot! Looking forward to coming back.

The condo in The Foothills complex was great. Clean, spacious, and in a great location. Short drive to theaters and activities. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure. Only negative I can think of is only one sink in the main bathroom. Board games and DVDs were a bonus. Had a great time playing Uno! Next visit to Branson, this will be the first place I try to book. Can’t beat it for the price.

It was great. Just alittle dirty. Floors had hair. Headboard was very dusty blanket had crusty food on it and cooking pans need an upgrade. Other than that it was great
