Almost everything was great. Wish they had a breakfast for guests in the morning. Room, bath and other amenities were large, appropriate and high quality. Will return to Hilton Promenade if I have occasion to visit Branson again. Staff deserves kudos.

Room was a corner junior suite. Had a beautiful view and very nice room. Problem was A/C that was hard to set and regulate. Took 2 calls to get smoke detector batteries changed. Beeping in the night. Water for shower had to run for 6 minutes to get hot. Staff knew of these issues but management never spoke to us. We were there 4 days and same pieces of paper in hall were there the entire time.

We love the Hilton Promenade. From check-in and valet parking, it’s always easy. Rooms are very comfortable and we especially like having the balcony. Great shopping is nearby and some great restaurants. This is always our favorite place to stay.

I really like staying at this location. Right on the landing where there is shopping and good restaurants. I feel the extra charges are not necessary. They charge you $22 a day to park in their parking garage when you are already paying quite a bit to stay there. They can at least provide you somewhere to park considering parking down on the landing is crowded. The parking garage is really your only choice other than paying for valet parking. Also the $30 a day destination fee. What is that. This is not a tax. This is a fee. Also the mini snacks in the rooms. A handful of M&Ms is $20. So I get it you don’t have to buy the snacks. Just thought I would mention it. I feel these types of prices, fees, … are ridiculous.

We stayed 1 night, the staff were so sweet and eager to assist. Its right on the promenade. Easy parking. Comfy bed. If you need absolute silence maybe get a room away from the landing where people are but it was all good for us.
