This 12 bedroom, 13 bathroom home sleeps 38 and has a private stairway to the neighborhood indoor pool with special after hours access! So rain or shine, just walk right down the stairs to the heated indoor pool, open all year long! No need to drive to the other amenities either! The outdoor pool is just out the back door (open seasonally) as well as the pickleball court, playground, and basketball.

The Space:
Though the amenities are reason enough to rent this beauty, the spacious home has plenty to boast about itself! Set-up as a duplex with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms on each side with double lock-out doors between the two sides that can be opened to join the two sides. So renting this property as one large home means 12 BEDROOMS, 2 KITCHENS, 2 LARGE LIVING ROOMS, 2 GAMES ROOMS, and 4 BACK DECKS with plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Walk right into either side and you will see the open concept living rooms with vaulted ceilings, a private bathroom in every bedroom, the bunk room of your kids' dreams, and large back decks with plenty of room for lounging!

Each living room has plenty of seating, a 75 inch flat screen TV for watching the big game, and an electric fireplace to cozy up in front of on those cool evenings. The large windows and sliding glass doors offer beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and convenient access to the upper back decks. Enjoy your meals under the patio lights strung up on these upper back decks, cooked on the gas grills by the grill-master in your group! Step back inside to the kitchens where no one feels left out cooking because the living room, kitchen, and dining room are all in one amazingly large room! The kitchen cabinets are stocked with everything you would need to cook up your favorites and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each meal at the dining room tables with extra seating at each oversized kitchen island!

The main level has 4 of the 6 bedrooms, each with a king bed and an attached bathroom. The back bedrooms have extra wide windows with another beautiful view of Table Rock Lake and the front bedrooms are WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE with accessible bathroom vanities and a no step showers. And all the windows have black out shades, so sleep in as late as you would like! You are on vacation!

Head on downstairs to the game rooms for hours of entertainment with two poker tables, a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey table, and foosball table! Another 75 inch flat screen in each game room is ready for the big game or a movie night and bean bag chairs are perfect for lounging around! Have the doors between the game rooms open and each TV on a different game for the most amazing set-up! The lower level has 8 of the 12 bedrooms, 6 of which have a king bed with private bathrooms, and 4 of them have access to the lower back decks. These lower back decks are perfect for lounging in the oversized outdoor couches and egg chairs as well as two sweet gas firepits. The back decks overlook the neighborhood outdoor amenities. So you can relax just outside your own bedroom while you watch those in your group swim, your kiddos play on the playground, or a pickleball tournament set up by the young at heart in your group! The last two bedrooms are decked out bunk rooms each side with 3 TRIPLE DECKER BUNKBEDS ready for the young ones to make the most amazing vacation memories!

Last but not least, each game room has a door that opens to a private indoor stairwell leading you down to the neighborhood indoor pool with a code only you will have access to! Not only can you simply walk down the stairs to the pool anytime of year, no matter the weather outside, staying in this building offers private after hours pool access! When the indoor pool closes to the neighborhood, you all can still swim an extra hour in the morning and two extra hours in the evening!

Guest Access:
The whole home will be yours! No need for keys! The front door has a keypad lock for your convenience and we will send you your code a few days before your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Outside the doors, Chateau Mountain is one of the newest vacation neighborhoods in Branson and it will not disappoint! It sits on the hillside overlooking the water and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE will have you falling in love with the location! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are second to none and are just downstairs and out the doors! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! It is actually located in the basement of this home and staying in this property allows you PRIVATE "AFTER HOURS" ACCESS to the indoor pool! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available and is ready for games to be had by your whole crew! You can even watch those in your group enjoying all the fun from the back decks of the house!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 11 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
