The Space:

The cozy living room offers plenty of sofa and seating options with an electric fireplace, perfect for warming your weary feet and watching a movie in the cooler nights or months, and warm summer afternoons and evenings are the perfect reason to make some waves in the seasonal outdoor pool.



A modern kitchen with white appliances against white cabinets offers ample space and cookware for whipping up your favorite meal, with dining options of the kitchen island seating for 4 and a gorgeous dining room table with plush seating for 6. Two private bedrooms with attached bathrooms will allow you enough room for guests, but your own spaces to unwind when needed. A jetted tub in the master bathroom offers the ultimate luxurious relaxation experience.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. A set of sliding glass doors opens right onto the home’s balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit with stairs required but there is access to an elevator

- 2 parking spaces are provided.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Smoking is not allowed in the anywhere in the building including decks and stairways. Penalty is $500 if there is found evidence of smoking.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.





This home is located near all of Branson’s popular attractions, just minutes from The Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum Attraction, Xtreme Racing Center, and Branson’s Theatre District. This enviable location also puts you only 15 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.



We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.
