• The condo has approximately 14 stairs to reach the entrance.
• One vehicle is allowed to park in front of the building.
• A parking pass will be issued at the gate.

🚫 No trailers, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed through the gate.

🐾 Pet Policy
We are happy to remain pet-friendly, but strict rules must be followed:

• One dog only – maximum 35 lbs
• Pet fee required
• Pets must be pre-approved before arrival

Rules during your stay:

• Pets NOT allowed on furniture, beds, or in the loft area
• Pets must be crated when left alone
• Pets must be leashed outside at all times
• All pet waste must be picked up (failure to do so results in a $75 fee)
• Pets must be on flea and tick prevention

If an unapproved pet is brought to the condo, the reservation may be terminated without refund.
