Luxury Lakefront ,1750 sq. ft, 3/2 One Level Condo with NO steps close to ~SDC~

This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.

You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms with a large walk in shower in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.

The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.

The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is great for a quiet romantic stay, a family trip to Silver Dollar City, a weekend shopping trip, a trip to the lake or a family gathering for the Holidays. Great upscale family property!!!

Great place for a family, we stayed for a week and it was comfortable with plenty of room to hang out together but also get away to your own rooms. Close to many of the attractions but away from the traffic and congestion.

Love this place

This place is so convenient to Silver Dollar City and Branson. We enjoyed spending a lot of our time in the lake, so nice that it is right out back. Great place to stay!

Branson Getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it. It is the best equipped kitchen of any place we’ve stayed. We really enjoyed the lakefront view.

The condo was very clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. Everyone from the manager to the owners were list various accommodating and always there. If you needed anything, I would truly recommend you staying here and I will stay here again.

This condo is a great place to stay!! It is located near all the attractions and a marina! Communication with the owner was very easy and responded quickly to any questions. We were there for a family vacation and would definitely stay there again!!

Branson Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and really like it that it's away from all the busy traffic and has a view of the lake. Easy check in with no stairs is big plus for our family and for my elderly parents. This is a well stocked condo with large bottles of supplies for bathroom use is provided and a wonderfully big walk in shower in the master bathroom. We will be coming back to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We appreciated the pre-stocked items (coffee, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One of the reasons we selected this condo was the covered deck. It was good sized with comfortable seating, and stairs to the ground which gave it easy access to the lake. Stairs were gated so we spent many hours on the deck with a toddler. Pool was clean. Location perfect for Silver Dollar City and easy to get to other Branson attractions. Very quiet area. We did also visit the small, convenient bar next door. Cool local place. Easy communication with the owner. We hope to return!

Idyllic Stay!

Lovely, quiet location next to the Lake House Bar and Grill. Simple menu with very good food. Cottage grocery right down the road access to groceries. Great location, deck, and great room sizes. Wife and I could have sat on the deck the entire weekend.

Great Property

Getaway

Loved this property. Usually you see the photos in the listing and expect the pictures to be -just a little bit nicer- than the actual property. However, this place was even better than the photos! We loved sitting out on the porch with our morning coffee, or in the evening with a glass of wine. The silence was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our Brandon getaway.
