THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 9 steps required to access.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The fireplace is not for guest use.

• The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Communal hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
