We appreciated the level of communication from the owners. We feel they could have added some additional info about direction to get to the unit as putting the address alone took us to someone else’s private residence. The unit is not professionally cleaned but cleaned by one of the owners. There were several cobwebs and dead insects. We did have an issue with live wasps in the unit. We reached out to the owners and they had someone out there the same day to take care of them. So we appreciate their rapid response to the issue but disappointed that it happened in the first place and that they didn’t seem too bothered by this issue. We utilized some of the other amenities but the propane tank ran out so we weren’t able to use the fire pit or grill very long. The game room is pretty cool but again there were a lot of dead insects and webs around. The owners do have several other units and overall I think this is a good option due to its proximity to the water and theme parks and other activities.
