Good Place for Family

This condo has four bedrooms, all of which have attached bathrooms. Our family of five plus grandparents stayed together and there was plenty of room for the seven of us. There is a pool, tennis court, and small playground right outside the unit. It is also just off the Yellow Route, so easy access to everything in Branson without the traffic of the main strip.

Great place to get away

We didn't realize that Branson was shut down this time of year, but that just gave us more opportunity to work. We have to leave the office once a year to get some major accomplishments done that takes decisions from all three of us. The weather was really cold, but the Condo was nice and warm. Everything was really clean, and there were plenty of dishes and pans for us to cook some good food while we were there.

Overall the stay was good. Great location and plenty of room for everyone. One downside was the beds. They were absolutely terrible. They felt like a 20 year old mattress that had no support. If they replaced the mattresses I would stay again.

Family Vacation

We visited for a week and had a great time exploring the area, hanging out in the pool and golfing. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals at home after busy days in Branson.

Family Silver Dollar City Trip

When we walked in, it felt like we were at home very inviting, clean and plenty of space, everything we needed and close to all the attractions! Great place to stay, will definitely stay again.

For the price, I feel the unit needed updated. The carpet was old and stained, the lock on the patio door was impossible to unlock so we didn’t get to enjoy it without going through a bedroom. The baseboards in the bathrooms need replaced but all in all like I said, because of the updates needed, it wasn’t worth 517 for 2 nights.

Perfect size and location for our family

This condo worked out perfectly for our family group of 7. Each couple (and single) got their own bedroom and bathroom which is always nice to have. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. We used the sun room to work a puzzle. Size worked for us. My brother and brother-in-law played golf and had a great time. Location was really nice (you just had to figure out exactly where it was) Parking on the side of the building was best. The only true con that i could see was that the carpet needed cleaning. I can probably give that a pass as i understand that the area has received a lot of rain recently so that may have added to dirt/mud being tracked in. Overall, very nice.

We were all very pleased with your facility especially since the four of us had our own bathroom. The only thing I could think of is that we couldn’t find a dishcloth and maybe leave three trash bags for the trashcan instead of one. Otherwise it was perfect

enjoyable time

The property was on the bottom floor but there was parking around on the side that allowed us to walk in. No stairs which is important for our group. It was all on one floor and each bedroom had a bathroom. The set up on one bathroom was rather strange but we managed fine. We met some friends for New Years and a good time was had by all

It was wonderful, just perfect layout for our elderly siblings! Our brother and sister-in-law have had many serious health issues and we have not been able to really visit in 2 years!! Thank you for everything! P.s. they never called about my left earrings!

Not quite as expected

The location was great. Not too far from the strip. But all 49; the beds were AWFUL! Beyond uncomfortable!! Very outdated fixtures in the condo. The ceiling fan in the first bedroom is about to fly off when you have it on high. It needs replaced. There was a pair of dirty underwear under on of the beds that we noticed when we walked into the bedroom. Talk about disgusting! The WiFi never worked for us. Also we didn’t think it was appropriate to have family pictures around the condo. Would we stay in this condo again…..ABSOLUTELY NOT! We wouldn’t recommend it at all!!!!!

Not Ready for Prime Time

We reached our condo after a 8+ hrs drive. After that we wanted to chill, eat. talk and go to bed. Instead, we found that the unit had not been cleaned, recently, We found droppings through out the unit. We called the office without much response. We cleaned the unit with wipes and lysol . After a 2nd call cleaners were sent to the room. No one told them the entire unit needed to be stripped & cleaned. The cleaners were shocked at how dirty the unit was when they saw it. The internet was down 2.5 days (multiple calls). We were credited (1) day's rent for the inconvenience. We also were charged a Cleaning Fee which almost humorous since we had to clean it to sleep there. Never heard from a manager! And our vacation coordinator and concierge were fast to get us off the phone. They didn't seem to be ready for the season to open. Too bad, as we are already looking to come back in the fall.
