Nice weekend for a getaway

The indoor pool was good just don’t forget to bring your own pool toys and towels. The is a shared pool and there are several other people that use the facilities. The property was great, we wish the indoor table was bigger. We went in the late fall and a little chilly for the deck table. Otherwise we had a great time and we enjoyed the facilities.

Amazing Branson getaway

The property was exactly what I expected. Check in was simple, the property was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet and peaceful area, close to activities in Branson. I would definitely choose this location again if we were to come back to Branson. Thank you!

The condo over all and area was great. Our only complaints are the shower head in the bathrooms we're not good at all. Water barely came out, They were gross, not a good shower experience. The second inconvenience was the toaster in that house is broken. If shower heads and toaster is replaced, the place is amazing!

Lake club living at Pointe Royal

Great location, our second time staying at Pointe Royale . The pools are always nice and clean and the clubhouse offers adult and kid friendly beverages and tasty food pool side which is nice. Our condo did have a few issues such as the towel rack in the master bathroom kept falling off and had clearly been reattached multiple times unsuccessfully, the garbage disposal we noticed at the end of our visit had been steadily dripping under the sink the whole week. I wish there was more pantry storage in the kitchen . There was literally zero and we ended up moving plates and bowls just to have some where to put our groceries. The view from the balcony was overlooking hole 17 on their beautifully well maintained golf course and a pond. Location to the pool and clubhouse was within walking distance . Overall the condo was clean and spacious enough for our party of 8. I would recommend this property for your stay in Branson. We enjoyed our vacation very much. Make sure to check out the runaway mountain coaster located just 2 miles away and the strip with many attractions was only 5 miles away with Branson Landing being a 20 min drive .

Nasty shower and stained bed sheets

Hi, when I received your text asking us to rate the cleanliness of the unit we stayed it, we had not made it yet. Then when we did I was too disgusted to send anything at the time and still wanted to enjoy our short vacation. We are not golfers as we wanted to give our kids a fun time before school starts and wanted a clean place with clean beds and bath! That is most important to me when staying somewhere and the and that was not the case in this unit! I'll send pictures of dirty sheets and shower! We would not sleep under the sheet on the fitted as there were stains!!!!! Also mold in the shower and shower heads! If I can see it then you can too and it should be and needs to be cleaned!!! My kids would not take showers!! Soap scum in shower curtain! For the price we paid which was double what we normally pay but thought we would try a resort instead of a hotel, was disappointing and I'm furious! We WILL NOT be back! Our rate is a 2 and that's being kind! I'm not a mean person at all and debated sending this but the price we paid it should be immaculate!
