About this property

PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB! In Town spacious 8 Bedroom and 8.5 Bathroom home.

  • Our 4800 sq feet home features 6 Master suites (King size beds) and 2 bunkbed rooms. Each bunkbed room sleeps 6 and includes a full bathroom. All Master suites include TV, dressers, extra pillows and of course the private bathroom.

    This place is great if you want to stay in or go out! With the large TVs in the common areas, an arcade area, and a hot tub, there is activities for all. With 8 bedrooms privacy is available as well.

    There is a large cooking area including 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves and a fridge upstairs and a full fridge downstairs.

    Wyze video doorbell is installed at the front door and 2 Wyze floodlight cameras off the back deck for security (one for the steps and one for the pool).

Our group of 7 couples had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful and clean. Very open concept and plenty of room for a large group. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Close to everything! The driveway is steep, but we had plenty of parking for our 7 cars. We would stay again for sure!

Great Stay

Very nice place near everything Branson has to offer. All of the bedrooms are very large with nice bathrooms attached. Multiple refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers makes it great for a large group.

The property was everything it was said to be! There were 24 of us and there was plenty of beds and chairs. The arcade and hot tub were the biggest hits!

Women of Joy retreat

Excellent property! The house was large and accommodated our women’s group very well. We all loved having a bathroom for every bedroom, and the large kitchen with multiple appliances. We all loved the pool and hot tub!

What a great property! It was the cleanest property I've ever stayed out.The house has everything. It was wonderful for each family to have their own space. There is space for everyone to eat together, play games and watch movies. 10/10 and hope to visit again!

The hone is VERY spacious. The layout is absolutely incredible, nice size bedroom's, HUGE dinning area, very nice kitchen. Very convenient and the property manager is VERY friendly and quick to respond to anything we had questions about. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

This is a wonderful house for a large group with 8 bedrooms all with their own bathroom and tv's. two rooms ad bunkbeds for the kids worked out great. Large kitchen with double stove, ovens and dishwashers. Lots of room close to downtown.

Perfect for our corporate retreat

Chad is an amazing host! His rental is perfect for any large group/family. He provides excellent customer service to his guests. There is plenty of everything you need in the kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. Washer/dryer on both floors. We loved this location for our corporate retreat.

Perfect for extended family

This is our second Christmas gathering at this property. We love the house. We are a tall family and so grateful for all the king beds! So many bathrooms, huge well-stocked kitchen. Grocery store (with Starbucks) is 5 minutes away. Chad is so helpful. Perfect.

Wonderful

Very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. My entire family (15 adults / 5 kids / 2 toddlers) stayed here while visiting Branson as we celebrated our mother’s 71st birthday! The house was handicapped accessible, which worked well for my sister. With each bedroom room having its own bathroom saved us lots of time as we could all get ready simultaneously. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for a large group. We also liked that it was very close to all the attractions. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

July 11 to 18The house was great for our family reunion. The kitchen had everything you needed 2 refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. All the grown ups enjoyed having a king bed and own bathroom. The 2 bunk rooms worked great for all the grand children. We had trouble figuring out the thermostat but Chad took care of it also had a handle come of a shower and Chad was right over to fix it. So he is only a phone call away. Everyone enjoyed the pool as we had a hot and humid week. Would definitely recommend this place for your reunion.

Family Birthday & Reunion

This is an excellent property for families. Each adult couple had their own bathroom. It was also wonderful to have a double oven, microwave, refrigerators etc. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The younger children really enjoyed the pool and we realize now that going forward, a pool is essential for children. There was plenty of parking in the front. We will use this property again in the future.

Loved every minute!

We bring our kids and grandkids to Branson every year to celebrate Christmas. There is 18 of us. This place was absolutely perfect. 8 bedrooms with their private bath made getting ready a quick process. Two of the bedrooms were bunk rooms and the kids were thrilled. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook a meal. We made a huge pot of chili for the whole bunch. We forgot to bring our huge stockpot. We were surprised to find there was already one there. My husband I came up the night before everyone else. We enjoyed the video games downstairs. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger made us feel like kids again. One thing I’d love to see is a table downstairs where we could spread out for board games. We played them upstairs, but we had to keep trying to shush them in between our laughter, because we had little ones trying to sleep. It didn’t keep us from having a good time and play our games though. Communication with Chad was so easy. He was VERY quick to respond. He made sure our stay was one for the books. If we’re able to come back next year, we’ll definitely stay here again. It really was perfect.

This was an amazing home to host our family vacation! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with anything you could imagine a home would need and we cooked in a lot so that was a huge bonus for us. The owner was very courteous and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
