The rooms were clean, staff were very polite and friendly, breakfast was very good and if you want your kids to have a blast you should take them to this hotel. We had so much fun and will be coming back.

As a family of 5, we loved it. They have updated/currently updating rooms and amenities. The pool was great for our toddlers and our 5 year old enjoyed it. We grabbed ice cream in the lobby as well for our kiddos. Loved the balcony for each floor. We had the two queens and a bunk room so plenty for bigger families. Staff was kind and friendly! Would come back!

Honestly for the price it wasn’t terrible just our room wasn’t clean at all .. there was trash in the floor and under the bed then urine on our toilet .. the food isn’t good at all but the little water park was a plus and the staff was very very nice ! Especially an older lady I didn’t catch her name but she was very welcoming and even gave my kiddos a cupcake!

I booked it because of the water park but it’s only open on weekends and no pool for the kids. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. Booked another hotel that had a pool for the other 2 nights.

Was disappointed that the water park was closed. That was our whole point of picking this place. Due to it being during the week, Tuesday, and no lifeguards. Great Wolfe lodge is the only hotel I’ve know to have lifeguards for pool. The room was clean but had a stale smell

The hotel looked very appealing from the outside and upon walking in. But, the waterpark is more of a little kid area. There are 2 water slides that the older kids and daring small kids may appreciate. The lazy river is very small and was closed when we were there. The pool indoor is decent. There are lifeguards on duty. The outdoor pool and play area is very shallow and appear to be for only the younger kids. The room needed work. The wall next to the bed looked like someone threw up on it and didn’t wash the wall, the lighting was poor, the paint was peeling in the shower ceiling. Looked like there was a leak and someone popped the water bubble but never repaired the ceiling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but wouldn’t rely on the hotels waterpark for a ton of entertainment.

I don’t want to say anything bad about this hotel because honestly the staff won us over. They were just so amazing, and you could tell they loved their jobs and wanted to be there. The breakfast wasn’t free, but it was unbelievable. It was also reasonably priced, and the restaurant staff was amazing. I just can’t say enough good things about them. The reason we booked the hotel in the first place, though, was the indoor pools. We got there, and they weren’t open the entirety of our stay. One of our whole days was built around using the Waterpark, so we had to figure out new plans for that whole day. I never saw any advertisements that said the waterpark was only open Thursday-Saturday or else we probably would have booked a different place. The outdoor pools are only 3 ft and 1 ft deep, so it wasn’t very enticing for my son. (I liked them, though! They were relaxing to me.) You can tell the hotel is going through changes and upgrades. It ended up being fine, and honestly we would stay there again. The price was good, the staff was excellent, the food was great, the beds were comfy, and the windows blacked out. Was it everything I hoped in the beginning? No. Was it good? Yes.
