We've spared no effort to ensure that your stay here is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're here to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy the vibrant Branson entertainment scene, our condo promises comfort, style, and convenience. Kick off your boots and relax in the cozy living area, complete with modern furnishings and decor that reflects the spirit of the West

STOCKED ITEMS:
Each property is furnished with a starter kit of toiletries and kitchen supplies, aimed at meeting your basic needs during your stay. Should you require additional items not listed below, or if you are accommodating a large group or planning an extended stay, you will need to provide these items yourself.

Kitchen: Cooking and baking essentials, Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt, Pepper, Potholders, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand Towels, Dishcloths, Paper Towels, Trash Bags

Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, makeup wipes, tissues.

All linens and laundry detergent are provided.

Guest Access:
**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.

**Minimum booking age is 21.
**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.
**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.

The property was very clean and had the essentials. We stayed Thanksgiving week and there was a Christmas Tree when we arrived. There are no "extras" on this property but you have what you need. You're requested to strip beds, take out trash and wash the towels as you leave. The stairs are steep. Overall, we had what we needed and it was very clean.

Great place to stay

My family loved staying here. Our 18 yr old was able to have a room of his own and our three other kids shared the bunk beds. They loved being able to watch different shows in each of the rooms. When we stayed there were no other people staying in the building and it was nice and quiet at night. Our van is a tall transit 350 and it fit wonderfully in the parking. The location was really nice being on the quieter side of Branson away from the business of the main strip. The host communicated wonderfully the entire trip. If we go to Branson again, this location is on the top of our list.

Wonderful and relaxing

We enjoyed how close this property was to SDC. It was easy to check in and looked just like the pictures. The property managers were great with instructions and were very kind. My sister noticed the the sink in the second bathroom is a little loose. This property is a great place to stay.

This place although setup good was nasty. Dirty dried old food all over the floors and table, the floor was so nasty it’d stain your socks, toilets broken so they make a weird noise all night long, floor broken so coming in in kitchen, blinds broken so you see light all night long, shower head was terrible, and no second lock on front door for safety

Good value for investment

Overall, the property was adequately described & we would definitely stay again. Listing raved everything being new but the patio furniture was unusable & definitely not new & the kitchen table was peeling. Items provided were adequate but not an abundance by any means. Unfortunately the toilets appeared dirty & the bedroom windows needed curtains in order to not wake up at the crack of dawn to streaming sunlight. Space was large & presence of 3 bedrooms was great though!

Easy access to SDC!

Arrived after dark and was surprised by the STEEP roads with little light. GPS had a hard time finding the address. Easy acces once we found the apartment complex. Unit was on second floor and only access was steps. Unit was basic apartment set up. Balcony looked at rock wall face and was carpeted and wet with chairs not usuable. So bring your own. Kitchen was not well stocked. Had very basic utensils and cookware. You will need pans to bake in, coffee filters, etc. No fan in front room if that is important to you bring your own. Overall unit was clean and comfortable. We stayed to enjoy SDC Christmas and the location was perfect for that.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the kids. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, and it was hard to get in touch with anyone so we used a blanket. The very late check in is frustrating due to basically losing out on a day of our vacation even though there is no discount for that day. The condo was very neat and clean otherwise.

Summer fun in Branson

I was looking for the perfect place to host a reunion for my college friends. Branson, Missouri was the destination. I knew we needed room for 4 adults and 3 bedrooms minimum. This place fit the bill. Plenty of room and nicely decorated. We had plenty of activities planned and this was a perfect spot to relax. Would love to come back again.

Very clean and homey, oversold parking availability.

We had a great stay. Our only downside was that the parking lot was so full, people had to park on the grass and up a very steep hill. We were there during a busy time so it was probably more crowded than usual, but advertising in the email about ample parking is a bit of an oversell. In reality there is probably about 2 spots per unit, so if all the units are full and there are more than 2 cars per unit coming, be prepared to park far away from your unit and walk.

front door was a pain in the ass

The front door was very hard to open each time we returned to the unit. The lite in the stairway was not working when we arrived and after they came to repair it, it plink all the time.
