“Our stay was so lovely! From the lobby to the rooms, everything was designed to make you feel you were in another part of the world, so charming! Staff were unbelievably kind. Me and my wife stayed during the Hozier rescheduled concert July 22. I called ahead to see if we would be able to check in early, due to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena's ongoing issues, and the staff worked with us to make sure we could check in at 11AM. “Liked the room except for the rest room the toilet was very hard to get back up if your tall. I had to help my wife off it and it was very hard for me I used the tub and sink to get up. I'm 73 and my wife is 78 years old.”

“The only complaint I have is the first night. Whoever was on staff at the front desk.Was very snappy and rude. I asked a simple question about the pool and got a very snappy rude response. Also, it would have been nice to have been able to swim on sunday, but the pool was closed. Everything else about our stay wass five star.”
