Great condo

We stay at this community often and this is the best condo we’ve stayed at. Super clean, updated, nicely decorated. The owners were always easy to reach and check in/check out process was very easy. We will definitely stay at this condo again

Just what we needed

We absolutely loved staying here. We don't like to stay in Branson so this was perfect. The evening was made even better by sitting on the back deck listening to the rain falling. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This was a cute little condo. Plenty of room for my cousin her two daughters and myself. The place was close to everything we needed in Branson. It also has a great porch with a great view. Even though it was cold, my cousin and I brought heating blankets and spent a few hours outside each night. Overall great trip.

Luxury comforts of home!

Top NOTCH property with all the comforts of home! Very clean and Brian was an excellent host. The place was everything we needed for a relaxing get away. Comfy beds with plenty of nice quality linens and towels. Will stay again here next trip to Branson!

Loved it!

We went down for a few days to silverdollar city and then waterpark. This location was perfect for us. It was seculed, we felt and it was so close to silver dollar city. It also is on the opposite side of town so we never hit the big traffic. Will for sure stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent with the host. Very clean and quiet accommodations. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the use of one of the pools at the complex as well. Would highly recommend!

Convenient location

Fit the bill and was comfortable with a nice rear deck. Close too, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Branson traffic. Clean unit with thoughtful amenities. Loved the coffee station! Thanks Brian

Summer vacation -Great location

I had a wonderful time on vacation with my two grandkids ages 9 and 13 years old. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and in the fall it would be spectacular. The swimming pool and basketball court are close by. Thank you Brian

Wonderful Condo

This is the first time we stayed in a VRBO, it was perfect! It was close enough to get to attractions we wanted to go to, as well as other family that were in the area, but it felt secluded and private. My husband strongly dislikes hotels and this felt like home for the week! Thank you so much. The keyless entry was nice too

Well prepared

Brian was so easy to communicate with and was so organized with everything from a video on how to use the coffee maker to reviews on local eateries and everything in between. Absolutely loved sitting on the deck every morning and evening!

Excellent find!!!

This was a wonderful experience! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had many special touches - snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and more on a beautiful armoire. We walked to the lake on the property and enjoyed its serene beauty. Brian was great with communication as well. We definitely hope to stay in this superb find again. We especially loved the view from the deck - very private and peaceful!

Condo in Branson

We loved our stay here! The condo was so cozy, clean, and very cute! The complex is very quiet, well kept, and located close to everything. The pictures were exactly like the condo! The hosts thought of everything... coffee, snacks, laundry pods, dish liquid, air diffuser, Roku... everything! The beds were so comfortable, too. We were even able to see the SDC fireworks from the balcony! Our teenage daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Branson.

Perhaps the best unit in Notch Estates

We've stayed at probably over a dozen units at Notch Estates and I can't think of any that have been better. 1st of all, we love Notch Estates. It is our go to place to stay due to location. I liked that the owner communicated check-in information a couple of days beforehand. (I like to print it all out.) The living room had seating for 6-7 with a large sectional and a couple of easy chairs. They also had a nice hot chocolate station set up with snacks. They also had Christmas decorations set up.

Great Stay

My family stayed here for a week and it was great! Nice sized rooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful porch to eat breakfast at and drink your coffee. It wasn't too far from the fun attractions we went to and restaurants. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside is that there is no dish washer so we had to hand wash and I wasn't too used to that lol! But it's okay! I loved that there was enough pots and pans to cook with. Overall, we had a good time! We would definitely book here again in the future.

Great place to stay!!

This condo was exactly the space we needed. It is in a convenient and quiet location. It is close to SDC and Branson West (just 2 miles to get groceries and cheaper gas!) The owners were the ABSOLUTE best with communication – very impressive!! The condo is beautifully decorated and very warm and welcoming. They have thought of everything!! My grandkids were able to shoot baskets near the condo and even had a “pick-up” game with some other visitors to the area – heartwarming!! We are making plans to return again this season! We LOVED it – and you will too!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Notch Estates. The condo was perfect for our family. Our teenage granddaughters used the queen size pull-out sofa and found it to be very comfortable. We were able to see wildlife from our balcony (a turkey hen and her 10 babies!). We took a short walk to the pool and found it to be very nice. We loved the walk in to the pool with a gradual slope instead of steps. We found the location to be quiet and close to everything! The owners were great to work with and checked in to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Branson!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo in Branson and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the overall experience. First and foremost, the location was perfect. We were able to easily explore all that Branson has to offer, including the nearby attractions and entertainment options. The condo itself was beautifully situated and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The property had two cute bedrooms and bathrooms, which were immaculately clean. The linens and towels provided were fresh and of high quality. The attention to cleanliness really stood out and added to our overall comfort during the stay. The condo had some great amenities as well. The deck was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tree lined view. We sat out there each morning and had our coffee. Speaking of coffee, we particularly appreciated the super cute coffee bar!! The water filtration system was an added bonus and gave us peace of mind about the quality of the water we were using. The host was exceptional in their communication and responsiveness. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and were readily available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Thank you to our hosts for providing such a fantastic experience. We would love to return in the future!

Darling place!

Owner was awesome- great communication. The condo was darling and very well kept. Owner also provides several recommendations and many helpful tips about the condo and the area. Close to all the Branson fun. One of the smoothest Vrbo stays we have had. Highly recommend!

Great spot for our stay in Branson!

We were in Branson for Memorial Day Weekend, so we were looking for somewhere that my wife and two younger kids could stay that was clean, fairly close to Branson but out of the hectic traffic and congestion. We found it with this condo and it checked all the boxes! Communication with the owner was top notch minutes after booking. The condo was easy to find and very conveniently located (as we learned we could shop in Branson West just a few minutes in the other direction, and that was a lot easier than shopping in Branson), and it was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and packed a lot of activities into our few days there, but it was nice to come back and relax at night. Would definitely return and rent this place with my family again!
