Finn Land Birthday stay

This condo was a blast for my family! We enjoyed the view from the balcony, the hot tub and the arcade game very much. This place is sparkling clean, comfortable and is in a wonderful gated community. We can't wait to return.

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed at Finn Land for a quick weekend getaway, and it was the perfect fit for our family. It had all the comforts of home, while being just outside of the busy part of the strip which we wanted. The complex is beautifully maintained, the condo was very clean, well stocked, had plenty of room, 3 bathrooms (a plus!), and even had a relaxing hot tub which we enjoyed after our long days out exploring Branson. Our check in and checkout process was so easy and they were so helpful to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Okay - if you dont need water

The property was plenty large for 6 people - essentially 3 suites. The furniture was great. Kitchen contents good. Only missing little things - like water pressure to shower, dish soap to keep things cleaned, table lamps - all the little things you take for granted.

Amazing place, location, amenities. Master bath shower head needs changed to low volume/high pressure head. The upstairs unit (Timber Jack) needs some insulation/rugs to muffle the sound of upstairs renters. First 4 days with all adults was not bad, last 3 days with family with 3 small kids sounded like a herd of elephants and allowed for not much sleep for our family. Would definitely rent again but would either get timber jack or bring loud air cleaner or noise cancelling headsets

We spent a week at Finn Land and had a great experience overall! The only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but all of the other amenities (and hot tub on the deck that the kids couldn't get enough of) were fantastic! Thanks again for making Finn Land feel like home while visiting Branson.

Plenty of Room

Myself and 4 other ladies go to Branson every October for the Women of Joy at the Branson convention center. Last year we stayed at the unit next door and everyone enjoyed having 3 bathrooms and the large living room/kitchen area so we returned this year. We feel safe in the neighborhood and love the hot tub. The house is very clean with one exception, the floors in the living area and bedrooms is not mopped very often and if you walk around in your socks, they get really dirty on the bottom (it was that way last year also). My only other complaint is having to take the trash out to the dumpster before we leave that is 10 units away and uphill. Because of the amount we pay for the cleaning fee, we believe this should not be required of us. With that said, we will probably be back next year.

Our July 4th stay at this condo was great! Plenty of room and space for our family of six. I consider myself very picky when it comes to cleanliness while renting for vacations and this one provided that. The only thing strange was that the master shower had low pressure. But, other than that…all was great! The location was perfect! My family really enjoyed playing golf on the property. Though a “very challenging” course they claimed, it was beautiful. Highly recommend going to big cedar to have dinner on July 4th to enjoy their fireworks production:) Best ever! Thanks so much.

I wouldn't choose this one

I gave Rent Branson a chance to respond, but they chose not to. The unit itself was new, so that was nice. But it still had things to be fixed. First, the A/C was out, so I spent some time with the electrician, and he fixed the faulty fuse. Second, the hot water never worked, so that was not enjoyable. We ended up buying disposable dishes and utensils because of the issue. And even if it had hot water, the water pressure was so low showering was a pain. The toilet in the master bedroom constantly ran. The upstairs neighbors seemed to start their day at about 10 pm and the kids running upstairs interrupted our nights. The compound itself was weird with certain roads and entrances only for residents. So, I'd skip this one.

The host was very responsive. The condo was clean, spacious, and in great condition. The location is great. It is within minutes to Silver Dollar City. The strip is within a 10 minute drive. The scenery was beautiful. The hot tub and gaming were loved by our 2 girls. We have stayed here before and plan to stay again in the future. This is our favorite place we have stayed in our 13 trips to Branson.
