“The property is not in the National Park. It is located near Baddeck on a spectacular property overlooking the Bras d'Or. The view is beautiful. The host was responsive to our needs, and the place was spotlessly clean.”

“We celebrated my parents 70th anniversary at Rita's. We had the entire place. This is a very large property and it was perfect for our event. Very clean and well equipped. Mike the maintenance man stopped by to ensure all was good and said to call at any time if we needed anything. The pool was amazing and was loved by all from my 8 month old great grandson to my 89 year old mom. The young adults loved all the room for lawn games and the fire pit at night. Everyone is already talking……

“Cozy cabin in the woods, our dog didn’t want to leave. The bed was a double but we slept better in it than we did with some queen beds. The cabin can get warm for summer but we were able to create a good cross breeze by opening both windows and using the fan provided. It is a beautiful glamping experience. The compost toilet was the biggest adjustment for us. The ferry nearby can be a little noisy if sitting outside but hardly ever noticed it in the cabin. Unfortunately the trails and sauna were……

“The property was perfect for us as we traveled with 6 children, lots of room and location was perfect., but the property could use a little TLC with regards to the interior, that said, we would book it again if we needed it.”

“Our host, Kim, was amazing. There was an initial problem with the water, and she bent over backwards to fix it herself as quickly as possible.The space was comfortable and clean. It is close to the Cabot Trail and a bunch of other Cape Breton activities, and we had the chance to get to see a lot of them.Highly recommended.”

“Beautiful place and views!We loved this cottage and it was one of the best VRBO places we have stayed. Comfortable and relaxing with a fantastic deck for our morning coffee and evening wine. And the view from the deck was beautiful especially with the peak fall colors. It met all of our needs and more. If you are thinking about booking this I would not hesitate. You will love it. We were able to drive up and down the hill with no problems without an all wheel drive. Got a little head start and……

“This is a unique stay on the world famous Cabot Trail. It is a one room cabin, like a treehouse over looking St Anns Bay. The washroom facilities are a short walk down hill the facilities. It is not for everybody. It definitely worked for us! We spent 5 nights of relaxing after the beautiful drives we took on the Cabot Trail. The bed was great and having a coffee on the front deck was a great way to start the day. Thank you to the hosts! Cheers @EddieMac75 ”
