Spacious accommodation excellent location

Building unimpressive from outside but room super spacious as was the shower. Bed comfy and great armchair. Modern colourful decor. Easy walk to Main Sq and Black Church. Fab eat Street and location convenient for day trip to Bran Castle & Peles Palace which should not be missed. Stunning

We stayed one night in this hotel on our way deeper into Transylvania. Very welcoming service. The room was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center but without the noises. We slept very well. There is a small paid parking near the hotel.

I liked the location very close to the old town centre. I liked the service provided by the staff. We left the luggage at the hotel for about three hours after checking out, and the staff was very helpful with that. The property is in very good condition. One improvement area would be better lighting in the bathroom, specifically above the mirror. Shaving with little light is not one of my favourites.

Views & Parking - Perfect Stay

The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the old town and right next to a bus station at Livada Poștei, which is convenient when you need to quickly get to places like the train station. It's clean and fresh. We stayed on the third floor and had a view of Mount Tâmpa (the Brasov sign). One review mentioned not wanting the housekeeping staff to touch their belongings, but we have no issue with that. We try to tidy up our things before leaving for the day, but if they rearrange them, we're only happy and pleased. :) Thank you for a great stay; we love Brașov and will be back with our car since we noticed you have convenient parking.

Hôtel vraiment extra. Il est situé à 5 minutes a pied du centre historique. L'hôtel est moderne avec des chambres joliment décorées. La literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner est très bien. Accueil sympathique et parking limite sur place

Nice hotel room. AC was advertised on the website, it was broken when we stayed there. Brought it up with Expedia and the hotel, hotel staff actually lied to Expedia on the phone saying they disclosed it at check in, extremely poor customer service and would not give a discount. Would not stay here again for that reason (room was 85 degrees F until about 2 AM making it hard to sleep), poor customer service, only bad experience we had in two weeks in Romania. Don’t expect the staff to be helpful if an issue arises.

Two great nights

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a smoking balcony on the first and second floors, and nice music in the hallways.

Solid 4* experience

Overall - a very good experience, a solid 4 stars. I wish to be able to say it was an excellent experience. The only issue was with the AC turning off on its own ( or being turned off centrally by the reception desk) - leaving the room consistently at 24degC vs. my desire for 21degC.
