"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it's within a short walk to the historical center. Parking was very easy in the designated spots right in front of the house. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again."

"Casa Wagner is an excellent choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Brașov. This was our second stay here—and in the same room we stayed in last year—which says a lot about how much we enjoy this property. The location is fantastic, directly on the main square. We stayed during Christmas, and the Christmas market was literally right outside the hotel, which made the experience especially festive and convenient. Check-in was lovely, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They even offered us the option to change rooms if we wanted, which was a thoughtful touch, and we discovered another room we’d love to try on a future visit. Everything about the stay felt easy and pleasant: great restaurants all around, a very central location, and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The only real inconvenience is parking, which is farther away—but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Parking around the square is strictly enforced by a private company, and even being a few minutes late can result in a hefty ticket. Be very careful where and how you park, as the ticketing process is slow and bureaucratic—we’re still waiting to find out how much one ticket will actually cost. Overall, Casa Wagner is a charming, well-located hotel that we happily return to, and we would absolutely recommend it when visiting Brașov."
