「The staff were friendly. The room looked dingy there was a big stain on the carpet. The chair in the room looked like it needed to just be thrown away it was so dirty.」

「Check in odd time 5pm the day we checked in had to wait but staff were helpful during wait our room had carpet tiles they were slightly sticky to your feet but overall the room was clean」

「I didn’t eat breakfast there, and the A/C worked fine. Since we were notified that the carpets were damp, I assume they had recently been cleaned, the room had a strong unpleasant humidity smell. There was gum stuck to a picture frame above the bed, and there were stains on the bathroom ceiling. They do have a washer and dryer; however, they don’t provide quarters or have a place to get change, so I ended up driving to the nearest laundromat. The motel is surrounded by parked semi-trucks....

「The room had a funky smell when you first walked it, maybe use some carpet fresh or baking soda on carpet. Due to storms in the area and having Directv as the provider, lost signal multiple times which was not great.」

「When I originally book I thought I was booking at the most recent IHG because it recognized I stayed there last time. I didn’t bother to double check the address or anything. When I arrived I was confused but it was too late at that point to change anything. This is mostly the reason for my 3 star rating. Hotel was just ok. Nothing special. Front desk girl was a little off putting not welcoming of what you would expect from someone at a front desk being the first impression as far as attitude...

「The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot.」

「This place was safe and dry for the night. The beds were comfortable, but we had reserved a room with a sofa bed, which we discovered was not the case. We were told the wrong couches had been delivered during renovations and offered one twin sized roll-away for our two children instead. Most of the staff was fine, but a few were downright rude.
