This is my third or fourth stay in this hotel and it was the best one! Our deluxe room was so big and clean. The hotel facilities such as check-in experience, welcoming gifts, spa center, breakfast, spacious lobby and smiling staffs were amazing thank you!

Good hotel close to the National Football Stadium, so you can walk to it easily. Good accommodations and very friendly english-speaking employees. Would stay again if in Bratislava.

Good stay in good location
Our stay was good. Hotel is very near to the Central Bratislava. I want to say that in rooms, kettle’s place should be changed. It is hard to use it right under glass shelf. Also in the breakfast room, coffee machines are not working well. It is filling just 1/4 of the glass. The restaurant in the hotel does not have meal differentations. Also does the hotel serve dinner? I have seen dinner in the breakfast room, but I couldnt understand if it is for a special occassion.

It’s a nice hotel, but it really is not conveniently located if you are a tourist. It’s a business hotel, and is a good 40 minute walk to the closest tourist attractions of Bratislava. Also a 40 minute walk from the train station. As Bratislava is a fairly small town, you could say it’s way out of the way to anywhere a tourist might go. There’s also very little in the way of dining around the hotel, and the hotel restaurant is not great. Not awful. But not great

The bus stop to the center is right in front of the hotel. I was really enjoying my stay here at this hotel. It’s not convenient location wise to the old city and castle. But it’s really a business hotel, not a tourist hotel. Plus I really enjoy walking, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced. I decided to extend my stay for a few days and booked the extension on Expedia as I find Expedia convenient and easy to use. I went down to the front desk to pay them the courtesy of letting them know I was extending. The girl at the desk was very very nice, but I think she is new and wasn’t sure what to do, so she called over what i assume was her manager. This woman proceeded to lecture me about how I should be using the Hilton website (which I don’t like using) and how she shouldn’t be letting me stay in my upgraded room (which I never asked for to begin with) because I wasn’t using the Hilton website. But as a favor, she would let me stay in the upgraded room. First of all, I’m a 55 year old man paying full price for a hotel, not an 18 year old backpacker at a hostel. Second, I have gold status with Hilton as an American Express platinum card holder. She wasn’t doing me any favors by giving me an upgrade which I am A-entitled to and B-never asked for in the first place. This whole interaction has left a really bad taste in my mouth and has spoiled what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. If this is the way Hilton treats their paying customers, I think I will just stay at other hotels in the future.
