This hotel is located in a big shopping mall which is very convenient, clean and very friendly of staff too. I enjoyed it very much.

Great bar with panoramic view!

Loved the 13 th floor bar! Had a nice dinner there overlooking Bratislava! Wonderful! But was closed at the weekend. Make sure you come when its open! Just a few stops on the tram gets you into the old town easily.

Great for travelers with need for secure parking.

Nice, clean, good size room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Aircon was a bit noisy, but otherwise quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff in the reception and a nice but pretty standard breakfast. Easy and plenty of parking in a monitored garage, but a bit expensive at 25€ a night. Located in a shopping center and with easy access to multiple bus/tram stops which takes you to city center in about 15 minutes.

Bring your own pillow

Nice hotel - clean and good sized room. Pillows were absolutely terrible and apparently they do not have any foam ones - amazing in this day and age. Bar was closed at weekends - disappointing. Nice bar across the road luckily

Well designed

Very nice and well designed room (bathroom that allows two people to use it simultaneously is a winner). Great view of city from our room on 9’th floor. Location is a bit off, 30min walk from old town. But trams are running just outside hotel so easily accessed if walking is not on your wishlist. Breakfast included, pretty standard. Only one coffee machine made for long lines though, even when restaurant was less than half full.

the room and the breakfast were very good. The staff is also friendly and provide the necessary information. On the 13th floor there is a roof terrace where you can drink and eat. Unfortunately it's closed during the weekend which in my opinion isn't possible. The lobby is cold. You don't see anyone there, you can't drink anything. The staff at the desk is friendly if you ask something but if you come in and you don't speak to them they won't greet you. This is the first hotel where we experience this.

Location is great. Everything you need or want to see is in walking distance. It was a little bit hard to find the apartments, but after that there's no problem. Receptionist is very kind. There's a storage room, so we arrived early and left our stuff there. We checked in and arrived back after 3 pm. There was some waiting to get the keys as it was busy. Apartment is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. We were in the b block which is I think further back so there was no noise. Air con is needed in August. Shower is decent. For the money I totally recommend the place.

Great hotel in Bratislava

A very comfortable and nice hotel in perfect position for moving around Bratislava. Cleaning was top-notch and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Only thing missing was the rooftop bar which was closed during our stay but a great restaurant right across from the hotel ensured that we didn't suffer. Highly recommendable

Excellent kind and supportive staff. Excelent cleanliness. Nice hotel. Bed-matrace comfort clould be better. Good and tasty breakfest. And parking is prety expensive (25 EUR/night, pool is not "only for hotel guests", hotel restaurat was under reconstruction, but close to hotel on oposite side of the stree is good bar with good kitchen.

The pool and wellness doesn't belong to the hotel

The hotel itself is nice and rooms are well equipped (although I had to ask for a water kettle for tea, since I don't drink coffee). However it's misleading to list the swimming pool and wellness as part of the hotel, these facilities don't belong to the hotel and they're merely public facilities in a nearby shopping mall.
