"Overall great experience and value for money, the hotel area was neat and tidy with attentive staff. Menu options a little limited and the kitchen a bit hit and miss. Therme area (non textile) was a little neglected in areas but overall, quite nice. Seven saunas, steam room, 4 jacuzzi 's and pleanty of loungers. The Aufgass menu was excellent. "Loved our stay and the room was amazing! Loved the interior design and the castle interior itself was a delight to admire. If only we didn’t have a tight schedule we would’ve definitely stayed 2 more nights. Complementary drinks were very good and speakers in the bathroom was amazing. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. The only thing is the wifi isn’t strong so it wasn’t convenient to contact reception you had to keep going down. Also please update your hotel entrance on google because it was completely incorrect pointing us to the back entrance of the property which was locked and had no idea how to access it until a local saw us with luggages and offered to drop us off. The next day when we left the uber driver had the same issue not knowing how to access the property because google pointed him where we were initially dropped off at the back of the property so the bell man had to direct him. Otherwise our stay was fantastic! "

"Very nice place. Most people very friendly. Typical Germany - when you engage, then they’re very nice. Breakfast personnel were super nice. Breakfast was good. I wouldn’t call it over the top, or outstanding - but it was better than average. I would rate this place as 10/10, except the internet connection had serious problems. I was getting about 25 MBit down in the room, but it just kept cutting out. Reported problem but wasn’t solved. Streaming Sky Netflix or Disney was super frustrating. If the internet was working well, I would be ‘all in’ !"
