Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe mit Deckeln und Schüsseln sowie mehr normale Trinkgläser wären schön. Das WLan und damit auch der Fernseher waren während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr oft gestört, was gerade im Winter und zur Weihnachtszeit schade ist. Da das WoZi zum Hauseingang hin liegt, wurde das große Fenster leider fast komplett mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebt. Gut gemeint, aber dadurch kann man natürlich auch nicht hinaussehen. Die Begrüßung und die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr nett und herzlich. Es ist immer möglich telefonisch Hilfe und Antworten zu bekommen. Insgesamt in Ordnung.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die komplett ausgestattet ist und dabei keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Betreuerin hatte uns sehr nett empfangen und alles war vorbereitet. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, zum Bäcker udn zur Hauptstrße sind es zu Fuß aber nur 5 Minuten. Als kleinen Nachteil empfanden wir, dass das mittlere Schlafzimmer sich schwer lüften lässt.

Braunlage FeWo

Die Wohnung roch bei Ankunft sehr nach nassem Hund. Auch nach einiger Zeit stoßlüften blieb der Geruch noch in der Wohnung. Was mir auch nicht in den Kopf geht ist, warum und für wen man eine Provision zahlen muss, dies ist der Rechnung nicht zu entnehmen. Die Reinigung der Wohnung mussten wir auch selbst durchführen. Dies steht als Unterpunkt mehr oder minder unübersichtlich in den AGB's geschrieben. Ansonsten ist man in der FeWo gut angebunden gewesen. Fußläufig waren Bus, Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsläden gut zu erreichen.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort gehen. Skilift ist mit dem Auto nur 7 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider sehr fußkalt und nicht alle Heizungen liefen. Im Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten war in den Ecken leider ein Schimmelbefall, der umgehend behoben werden muss. Das Fenster und die Fensterbank waren permanent nass und die Heizung in dem Raum ging nicht. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Zimmeraufteilung für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
