Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie eingerichtet, in der Küchenzeile sind sämtliche Utensilien und Geräte vorhanden um selbst kochen zukönnen. Der geräumige Wohnraum und der äußerst große Balkon bieten viel Platz. In der nahen Umgebung sind mehrere kinderfreundliche Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.
