“This was not the experience I hoped to have. Ended up having to switch rooms due to the first room they put us in being extremely noisey. We could hear the neighbors next door showering and it resulted in a very loud noise coming from the pipes every time. Once we complained about it, they offered to switch our room and then placed us in somewhere better I guess. I appreciated them making it right. Overall it’s not the nicest place. Wouldn’t stay again”

“I stayed at Americas Copacabana and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable!”

“The facilities are really old, bathroom is old and moldy. Takes 10 minutes to get hot water, but when it comes it has good pressure and is fine. Breakfast is ok despite not having great variety, what is there is fresh.”
