「I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and I can expect it to be clean, I can expect everything in the room to work and I can expect a prompt and friendly response from the staff If I ever need anything.
I will stay there every time I travel to the area. It's reassuring to know the stay will be exactly like it's been every time before. This is a very well-run and well-maintained property. Excellent!」
