Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect setup for a family group. Lot's of small items included that made it an easy rental- lap blanket on the sofa, salt and pepper in the cupboard, that kind of thing. Near a lovely walking path and easy access to free bus route. I've already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Comfortable place close to town!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and close to town but also far enough away to be able to enjoy quiet and privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was great!! Very quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the three different hang out areas in the home. Appreciated the extra towels/ linens and toiletries in the bathrooms/bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The Summit Mountain customer service team were super helpful before and during our stay. We have told friends and family about how wonderful our stay at Vista Point Lookout was.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This home was the perfect place for two families to stay together. Beautiful, spacious and CLEAN! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. We really appreciated the vaporizers to help us cope with the dry mountain air and the boot dryers to dry out our boots between ski sessions. Communication was quick and easy. There was zero evidence of pets being there despite it being a pet friendly property. Next time we will bring our dog! We would definitely rent again - summer or winter!

Spacious Breckenridge Getaway

Lots of room, great mountain views, and plenty of accomodations - the hot tub is a great bonus as well! Also very close to the free ride bus stops to easily get to downtown Breckenridge.

Loved our stay here. Very spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and 2 children. Great game room and hot tub snd close to hiking and biking trails as well as the town of Breckinridge.

Amazing weekend stay!

Stayed over a long holiday weekend and the house was perfect. Very close to the Breck shuttle stop and also downtown. Two families stayed and there was plenty of space. Loved the views, hot tub, and large garage to park out of the weather.

Great Weekend Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property with friends and family. There was plenty of space for 10 guests and it was nice to stay in a property that offered privacy for a "getaway" feel in Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Awesome, Spacious, Clean

Beautiful, huge, well appointed and super clean. It doesn’t get any better! Walking trails by a creek for long walks with the dog. And the neighborhood is super quiet. We will be back!
