The television is a smart tv and equipped with an added sound system. The large deck directly off this main level has a bbq grill, large dining table and a sitting area. Enjoy afternoon happy hour watching the sky come alive with the day’s last light from our beautiful deck.
The sleeping breakdown is a master suite with king size bed on the middle level. Another master suite with queen bed on the top level, both rooms equipped with a television. Each en-suite has spectacular views of the ski area off the private decks. On the bottom level you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, living room with sleeper sofa and tv, bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. There are plenty of board games for your entertainment. We also have a pack-n-play and baby gate for groups traveling with children.
This home offers one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Walk down the neighborhood footpath into town or take the free ride to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. We are located at the south end of town, steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and Maggie Pond area. The Breckenridge Brewery and Main Street Station restaurants are an easy walk from our home. Trail access and the sledding hill at Carter Park are right around the corner, as well as the Breckenridge Ice Rink and adjoining outdoor playground.
