Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property checked every box for our family. The view is breathtaking! Looking out at the mountains as the weather changed and the sun rose and set was more than we ever expected. The home was extremely comfortable and was the perfect amount of space for our party of eight. Everyone was able to sit comfortably in the great room around the fireplace, to have a seat at the table for meals and the four bedrooms and baths provided both comfort and privacy for everyone. The hot tub and fire pit out back were used daily after skiing and offered rest and rejuvenation after a long day on the mountain. Much time was spent in the well equipped kitchen gathering for meals and snacks throughout the trip. The easy access to the Stage Coach Free Ride service at the end of the street made getting around very simple too! This property was more than we expected!

We enjoyed the scenery, the hot tub and outdoor fireplace and all of the accommodations inside. The main area was spacious and very nice for all of us to enjoy together. The view of the Breckenridge slopes was breathtaking.

The kitchen is slightly understocked, there aren't enough towels considering they have a hot tub, and the fire pit was unusable.

What an experience. The townhome/cabin is absolutely amazing. Well equipped, clean, nice furnishings, and the views are incredible. Hot tub was awesome as was the fire pit out back. Easy to use and worked perfect. My only advice for people is to acclimate in Denver for a day or more before going to Breck if your staying here, It’s very high up and our whole group struggleded with the altitude (we also came straight from Florida - sea level). Other than that it was a perfect 10 vacation and Invite Home was super accessible and helpful. Highly recommend.

nice property but terrible driveway and parking situation with neighboring property. Outdoor area not clean, food trash left in grill. Trash in around hot tub. Hot tub not clean. Firepit didn't work. Kitchen sink faucet was faulty and loose.

We were looking for a cabin type accommodations to get away from our busy lives and also be able to take in some phenomenal views and hike in the mountains. From the moment we arrived every thing was perfect. The house was immaculate and decorated in full detail. There was not a room that was not pleasant and inviting. All of the rooms were exquisite and felt like home. We did not lack for anything except for more time. We plan to come back and stay a week to 10 days instead of the short four days. It was just a taste, but we left wanting more

The covered garage was a plus, since it snowed the last 2 nights, Driving out on the driveway is steep when icy and snowing, but otherwise great stay. Keurig and regular coffeemaker provided but no come prepared. Backyard is a small pine forest, where a red fox strolled through every that was a plus.

Overall this is a great property. It is spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. My family of five was very happy to gather in the comfortable living room and watch the large TV and enjoy the easy gas fireplace. The view from the great room is spectacular and we loved waking up to this every day! We stayed here on a ski vacation and the drive down to the lifts was about 12 minutes. You definitely need 4 wheel drive or chains like the listing says. The one complaint I have is that the master bed is very uncomfortable and the sheets are terrible. It was disappointing after a hard day skiing to dread getting into bed. If this had been better I would have given the listing five stars.

I’ve leased vacation homes through VRBO since 2005 and this is the first time “ever” I felt let down by a property manager. I feel bad for the owner who must have a huge water bill caused by a broken tub faucet from the previous renter. Wasting water unnecessarily did bother me and my family to the point where the stay did not feel 100% comfortable. . The house and location is amazing and I wish the owner good luck with current property management.

The house was perfect for three families with children. The owners even added memory foam for the fold out couch. All great amenities especially the fire pit and jacuzzi! We hope to come back soon. What a view.

The home was perfect for my family of three kids (7, 4 and 22 months), my in laws and my mom. There was plenty of space for everyone and it provided everything we needed! The house is fully stocked with kitchen essentials (including blender, crock pot, mixer, etc.) so we were able to have most meals at home. We used the hot tub (towels for the hot tub were provided) which was very relaxing after skiing. The views were spectacular and it was nice for our family to be a little away from the Main Street scene and in a quieter area. We had an Expedition and were able to park it easily in the garage with another vehicle. I don’t know where we would have parked a third vehicle if we had one because the driveway shares with the neighbors and there was too much snow to block them in. Overall it was a fabulous trip and the house was clean!
