Summary:
This spacious and sunlit townhouse offers three bedrooms with three full private bathrooms, all with luxury bedding and chic decor. It boasts plenty of room for up to 10 guests, while remaining close to the heart of Breckenridge. Enjoy the large deck (complete with a premium Bullfrog hot tub & grill!) and Roku TVs for everyone to enjoy streaming shows, listen to music, or keep up with the weather. Convenience and comfort await!
The Space:
The main floor space offers a fully-stocked kitchen, powder room, dining area, living room, and private deck with a premium Bullfrog hot tub, lounging area, grill & outdoor dining for 6. . Roku TVs in the living area and each bedroom allow you and your guests to use the apps you are accustomed to using at home. With so much space and convenience, you and your guests will love relaxing after a day's exploration around the area! The lower level upon entry offers a bunk room with (2) Twin over Full bunk beds, a full private bathroom, and a laundry room. The upstairs space offers two master bedrooms with one queen as well as a king and full private bathrooms attachedGet a good night's rest after a day exploring the downtown Breck area or going out and experiencing the outdoor recreation available in hiking and mountain biking! Take advantage of the one-car garage with up to four additional parking spaces in the driveway and street side. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guests will have access to the entire space as well as a one-car garage with up to four additional parking spaces in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
The Warrior's Mark neighborhood is one of the most conveniently accessible locations to the public bus route and Main Street. This location is the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. The private and serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a luxury vacation getaway for friends or families!
Being so close to Breck's summer vibes, you won't want to miss out on all the experiences that are available. Stroll down Breck’s mainstreet this summer and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. You will find tons of unique experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. Adult guests can enjoy a drink at the The Blue Stag Saloon or the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum, where kids can find crafts, dress-up and building activities. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
