Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 rented this property the last week of July before our kids went back to school. The property was absolutely beautiful! It provided all of the comforts of home and was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck during the cool evenings. The property location is very convenient to getting downtown as it's close to the free bus ride. I highly recommend this property!

The property was really lovely and was very well equipped and furnished. It was in a perfect location - just a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. Having the hot tub on the deck was a really nice feature.There were only 2 issues that were a little problematic - and this had nothing to do with how lovely the property was. It was just something I hadn’t noticed when I did my research to book the property.MULTI-LEVELS/STAIRS. there were LOTS of stairs - to get to the main living level; to get upstairs to the master suite; and to get downstairs. I hadn’t paid close enough attention to this layout when I made the reservation. We did get used to it: but it wouldn’t be a good option for someone with any kind of mobility issue.WINDOWS/SLIDING DOOR IN MASTER SUITE: we would have loved to be able to leave the windows open at night but the windows didn’t open. There wasn’t a screen on the sliding door so we couldn’t leave the door open. Having the ability to get fresh air at night would have been great.But all in all, the place was just great. We had to report an issue with the hot tub and the response from the property management company was prompt and efficient.We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family, and would consider staying there again.
