Excellent ski vacations

Location couldn’t be better. The building and common areas are a little outdated. The apartment has everything we need to cook, have family breakfast and dinners. It’s very comfortable and well equipped.

Overall, our experience was pretty good. This condo is in a great location, it’s clean and spacious. I love the covered parking on the cold, snowy days!! We were disappointed the fireplace did not work. We felt the VRBO admin fees/charges were excessive.

The place and location were exactly what we were looking for and as described. However, we arrived after 5 so we had to go back to town to get the keys out of a lockbox. Additionally the Sauna the outdoor fireplace, and the hot tubs were not operating, not the fault of the listing owner but disappointing.

THIS IS THE WAY TO VACATION!

We could not have picked a more perfect place/location! Our teen boys wanted to snowboard. Just steps to the gondola that took them to Peak 8-where they picked up all of their gear and took lessons the first day. Easy for them to get to the slopes each day. We really didn’t even need a car. The gondola takes you down to Main Street for food and shopping! My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area and then catching the gondola at other locations to get back to the condo. Our boys loved the full over full bunk bed. Pull-out couch was also appreciated. The gas fireplace was wonderful! We really didn’t need to turn up the heat with it on. We never needed to reach out to management as everything was perfect! This is the 6th time we’ve been to the Breckenridge/Keystone area and each time we think it can’t get any better. This is definitely our favorite! We will be back! Already planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing your amazing vacation home. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One word, AMAZING!! The condo is perfect! We traveled with our 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo has everything you would need, extra blankets, pillows, all the kitchen stuff you need to cook. I will tell people this, when looking at pictures you will see indoor swimming pools and a bowling alley but these are located at the resort down the road but it's super easy to get there with the gondola right outside or a quick 5 minute walk. The bowling alley has to be reserved but is free to use which was awesome for our family. The only down side was that I thought we were getting a different view that what we got. When looking at the pictures on website it shows the sky lift view from balcony but your actually on the 1st floor facing the road but the views are still beautiful just not what I thought I booked. We loved being able to take the gondola right into town! Parking for our car was great. It was located under condo in a secure parking garage which was great incase you were loading or unloading car and it was raining outside. We will definitely be renting this condo again! Also Summit Mountain Rentals was great about getting right back to me the several times I texted them, super friendly and helpful during our stay!

Wonderful mountain getaway!

We have stayed at this property twice and love everything about it! The spacious kitchen allows plenty of space to make meals and the unit itself is big enough that everyone can be spread out. We appreciate the added details like having humidifiers in the unit and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location - Great Condo!

Our family had a wonderful stay and the condo was exceptional! Location can’t be beat - peak 7 was not super crowded and the blue runs were fantastic. Having gondola access right outside plus a covered garage spot made this property super convenient. Would stay here again without a second thought and have already recommended it to a colleague who wants to travel to Breck w/ her family this spring.

Very nice condo. We did not use the amenities so can’t speak to them. (We have access to pools and hot tubs at Grand Lodge next door so it was super convenient for us to use them while staying at Crystal Peak). Was a bit worried about no AC—but once windows were open it stayed comfortable. We had a great stay.

Main bed is hard as a rock and the unit is very noisy from outside. Also balcony door is broken and doesn’t lock. Besides that it is a great unit.
