Location Does Not Get Any Better in Breck
- Location location location! This studio loft is steps from world class skiing, hiking, dining and shopping at Peak 9 base area and Main Street. Views of town from the couch or balcony overlooking Breckenridge, a pond, mountains and the Blue River. Main floor is open concept with full kitchen, dining area, living space w/ wood burning fireplace, balcony and full bathroom. The loft features a queen bed. Building features underground parking, elevator, laundry, hot tub, ski shops & restaurant.
The space
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. Full size appliances.
• Dining table with seating for four.
• Living room with queen sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace and "nautical nook" under the stairs. Charming views from the windows.
• For the wood burning fireplace, firewood is supplied as well as fire starters and matches.
• Closet with hanging space and floor space to store luggage.
• Entry with hooks and ski racks for gear.
• Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
• Private balcony with 2 chairs and amazing views of town and surrounding mountains.
• Loft with queen bed and dresser (full flight of stairs to access loft). Comfy Amerisleep AS3 mattress and Casper pillows recently installed.
• Maximum Overnight Occupancy Limit: 4
• Parking Limit: 1 - Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'2"). There is no additional parking onsite. Garage spaces are fairly tight. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage or in a standard parking spot must park at either the Airport Road or Ice Rink overnight pay lot. *Please note that the bathroom is located on the main level of the condo. There is not a bathroom in the loft*

• Steps from Main Street and downtown shops and restaurants.
• Located across the street from the Village, Peak 9 access and the base of the Quicksilver lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. Dates are always subject to change. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
