Good location

Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The shower didn't work well. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the shower head. We had to reset the hot tub circuit breaker every time we used it. Lastly there were tenants staying there that were load and had their music blasting in the common area outside.

Park Medows emailed me about flooding issues only 15 minutes before check in. Floor was damp and the room smelled terrible. Office hours were closed by the time I got in (traffic) so nothing was addressed until the next day. Park Medows made no effort remedy or compensate for the issue they KNEW about ahead of time. Don't expect this place to care about anything except your payment. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better stay.

Amazing

This place seems like it might be a more run down stay with few amenities. This is not the case at all, this place has everything we needed for a 4 person stay with 4 adults cooking most meals. The place was small but very cozy, and walking distance to everything. The hut tubs were actually open and not overcrowded and the other guests were very pleasant.

Great location, mediocre apartment

Hard to beat the location just a few minutes walk from town. Check in is easy, hosts communicate well and respond quickly. It’s a tiny apartment that hasn’t been updated since it was built, but it’s fine. Walls are super thin and it’s very noisy so light sleepers beware and bring ear plugs. Nice game room available with pool and ping pong and two adjacent hot tubs also available. Overall it’s solid value for the price.

Perfect for the occasion!

Great location, sweet retro vibe and walking distance to the nearest stores and shops. We walked over to see the Troll and back, rented some e-bikes and attended a family wedding during our short stay. No AC, no problem! Just crack the windows and let the cool breeze in. Can’t wait to plan my next trip. We’ll be back soon!

Good for smaller groups

Great location, easy to catch the bus to the lifts and to walk downtown. Kitchen has enough to cook basic meals. We enjoyed the loft area to play pool, sit by the fire. Hot tubs were nice to use but needed to be cleaned. Bedroom mattress was decent, more than 2 pillows would have been nice. Pull out couch mattress was very thin and had black mold on the bottom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved how we could ski in using the four o’clock trail to our place.

Cozy place in the heart of Breckinridge!

The best thing about this is how cozy it was, with still a lot of room. They even have an outside bunk for ski equipment and a nice lobby area to hangout outside the room, quick walk to Main Street! The bed was super board hard so we decided to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn’t good but better than the bed.

Great experience

Great experience all around! Very clean and quiet. Utilized great rooms for billiards, games and the hot tub. Walking distance to Main Street, with lots of cute shops and restaurants, and hikes. Would recommend for a 1-2 person stay.

Great place for a weekend getaway

Close enough to Main Street, we walked everywhere. Very easy check in and check out process. This is my 3rd time staying here and I will probably stay again when I come back!
