Great stay in Breck!

Highly recommend this house for a trip to Breckinridge. The location cannot be beat, and the house was super comfortable and well-furnished. Our group had an excellent ski trip and cannot wait to come back again next year.

Weekend ski trip

Had a great time at this rental! We had 4 couples stay and found the place spacious and comfortable. We had a few questions to the host and they responded within minutes each time. Would stay again!

Friends Trip to Breck

We have come with a large group to Breck the last few years and this was the best place we stayed. The place was well taken care of, there was ample space and beds for everybody and it’s in a great location to get to the mountain and town. Would love to come back!

Great townhouse!

The units very close to Main Street Breckenridge. The townhouse had everything we could’ve asked for when it came to dishes, plates silverware. The layout of the townhouse was very nice and the community was even nicer

Absolutely beautiful and convenient

The property was just as described in the description on VRBO. The unit is so close to the slopes. We walked everywhere we went. There are several grocery stores close by to get groceries and other items needed. This particular unit fit our family perfectly giving each of us our own bedroom and bathroom with privacy. This unit was so gorgeous and the best place we’ve ever stayed on a ski trip. We will definitely be back.

Property lived up to good reviews and expectations. Very comfortable, plenty of space with three floors, everything worked, and check in / out and communication from management was top notch. Would definitely recommend to any families or larger groups, and would certainly stay here again myself. Kudos to Summit Mountain Rentals on providing a great experience - they've got it figured out!

Great location and central to all of Breck!

The condo is larger than the pictures give it credit for! It was easy enough to walk to hiking, downtown breck, food, and more. The only downside was that parking at the condo wasn’t able to fit our larger rental cars (suburban + pickup truck) and we had to pay for parking offsite. Otherwise, great place!

Family holiday ski trip

The condo was just as pictured on line. It was well appointed and the location was perfect!! A free shuttle stops in front of the complex making it very easy and convenient to go to the slopes or into town. Main Street is walkable for adults and older children. With 6 adults and 2 children under age 5, everyone had plenty of space. Bedrooms are spread out offering privacy. The beds were not comfortable. Probably time to replace All mattresses, including sleeper sofa mattress. Everything else was wonderful!

This property was perfect! Great location, walk to the lift, and shuttle pickup to the town is a short walk up the driveway. Beautiful property, well furnished, and love the private hot tub!
