good place to stay

This was a great property to stay at for 4 adults. It was quiet, close to town, and everything was clean and working. We cooked a couple of meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great unit a few yards from Quicksilver chair

Stayed here with the family for a spring ski trip. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk to the Quicksilver Chair at the base of Peak 9. Would stay again.

Great location, great view.

Nice location, can ski almost to the base of the unit. Easy drive to the town. We had a tough time with the shuttle to the main gondola.

Summer Getaway! Family outdoor fun.

This was a great place for a summer break. The condo is right in front of Blue River and the Burro Trail for hiking. We were very comfortable and it was nice to be so close to bike rentals across the street. The kitchen was perfect for dining in and if you wanted take-out Breck had many options.

Great location and comfy

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo and the location to the lift. It had been redone recently and everything was up to date and comfortable. The view was nice as well. Watching the sun come up in the morning and hitting the tops of the mountains was spectacular! The only con was that the bed was too hard in the master.

Great layout. Updated kitchen, baths and great mudroom area for ski gear. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids under 13. Short, easy walk to the lift which you can see from condo. Perfect for our ski weekend. Hot tubs/pool a short walk, but there are dressing rooms and showers at facility.

January 2017 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Powderhorn A202. The location was great -- 100 yards from Peak 9 base, and 2 blocks from Main St. We liked the underground parking that was heated and the general layout of the condo. The only minor drawbacks to this condo was the small bathrooms and noise late at night when people walked by the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was wonderful and would stay here again.

Very clean. Great location

This property is as advertised. It is very clean with a lot of nice updates. It is a bit small, but the five of us managed ok. There is no toaster. The queen sized bed in the master bed room wasn't very comfortable, and the TV is like 15". But, over-all, it was nice, and we were happy with our choice. The location is great.

Nice place, short walk to Quicksilver

Overall good experience. Mostly well appointed, but the bedding could be upgraded. Queen bed in the master is wobbly; when your sleeping partner moves, the whole bed shakes. I ended up moving out to the sofa a few nights. That said, I would still recommend the place.

Great place and location

Place was good. Location was just a 6 min walk to Main St. Few things though would of made it perfect. The ice maker was not making ice. Unit needed a toaster. Lastly the master bed was not comfortable and was a full size mattress.

Great location. Sunny, comfortable condo for family of 5.

The location is great. 5 minute walk to the quicksilver chair and ski school. And right across the street from the new pool/hot tub complex. We loved the free condo shuttle and took advantage of it to go to/from dinner on Main Street each night. The condo is very comfortable and for a family of 5 we had plenty of room to spread out. The master bed needs to be replaced but luckily we were so tired from long days skiing that we still slept ok. The faucet in the kids shower did not work properly so everyone showered in the master shower, but it wasn't a huge deal. Just a couple of easy touch ups would make this condo five stars.

Summer Mountain Biking Base Camp

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this property during Summers, 4 times over the last 7 years. While I do love the property and location, the sofas, and (particularly) the main bedroom queen mattress are in need of replacement. They have attempted to "hack" the mattress by adding a two-inch foam pad on the top of it. Most certainly the same mattress I slept on 7 years ago, it's ready for replacement. (And my reason for Three Star on condition.) Big Props to Ski Country the property manager. Always a pleasure to deal with on this rental.

Check in Ana check out policy

Several issues, most notably the check in and check out, you have to drive to their office in town to pick up the key, and worse you have to drive back into town to drop off the key, and it has to be there by 10am. The whole point of paying so much to stay within walking distance of the lift is you don’t need a car. Yet we had drop off the key in the middle of our ski time, like we are a delivery service. Never had to do that at any VRBO I have ever rented. The garage parking spot that comes with the rental, which is one of the reason we rented the place as was going to be a lot of snow at the time, the particular spot has a metal bar that drops down below the labeled height of the garage, so when we actually pulled into that spot it scraped the top of our truck.
