Very nice well stocked condo - location is great, stock up at the grocery on your way into town and you’ll not need your can until your trip is over.

Family Visit in Breckenridge

Perfect NYE trip and location

Perfect location and great condo! Everything that you need and would definitely return. The only recommendation I could give this place would be to upgrade the master bathroom shower head. Everything else was absolutely perfect! Thank you.

Wonderful Home and Location

Our family had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our family and the location was incredible! We were able to walk to the ski lift at peak nine and to Main Street restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Can’t beat the location

Steps from the ski lift, steps from town. You don’t need a car to get anywhere. Great vacation.

Perfect location

We wanted a place as close to the lift as possible and this condo was ideal. Short walks for kids was the goal so they could use all their energy on the slopes. Some of the check-in information needs to be updated, but it was pretty intuitive and we sorted it out. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo

We stayed during a rare September snow event. Very comfortable and spacious. Only 3 of us. This condo had everything you would need. Would stay again!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo

This unit exceeded all of our expectations! It was in the perfect location: close to Main st and the ski school at peak 9. The views of the stream and mountains were exquisite. Plus the unit was outfitted with everything you could think of needing including spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great summer vacation place

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was conveniently located to many activities, including shopping, eating, hiking, bike rentals, and gondola ride all within walking distance. Very comfortable place to rest our heads after a fun-filled day! Everything we needed was here. We were also glad to have an easy place to park! Thank you!

Good location but the condo is dated and worn

The location was very good. You can walk to town and to the lift. However, the condo is dated and worn. The mattresses and bedding need to be replaced.

Great location, very comfortable unit

The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes, as well as the shops and restaurants along Main Street. The unit itself was well appointed and well maintained (just as shown in the pictures), and very comfortable for our group of three. The bedrooms are separated by the living space and each have en suite bathrooms, so great for privacy. The parking garage is a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles, but the location was so good that we rarely used the car after our arrival. Would definitely stay again on a visit to Breck!

Wow! Home away from home.

This property was great! Definitely felt like you were staying at home away from home instead of a condo. Very well stocked with almost anything that you would need. Surround sound for the TV in the living room was definitely an unexpected plus. Location is phenomenal, you can’t beat it if you’re going skiing. The hot tub, pool, and arcade area was really good as well. We travel to Colorado 3 to 4 times per year and there are only a couple of places we have stayed that we would rebook again; this is definitely one of them!
