Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great location. Unit has been updated - but its still an older unit underneath. So a few quirks with the fireplace and the dryer. Also couldn’t get the WiFi to work. You can walk to slopes and downtown in minutes and the hot tub pool facility was large and easily accessible . Overall a great experience

We appreciated the recommended hikes in the binder and ease of getting around (and to the free ride buses). Kids enjoyed playing in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Sitting on the balcony listening to the Blue River was a treat. Wish there was a (clearer??) way to dispose of recycling, considering how prominent it is throughout Breck. Would stay again!

Great mountain visit

My wife and I just wanted to get away to the mountains and this condo was perfect for us. Quiet, lovely view of the woods out of the window and balcony, good table for playing games. Close enough to nice hiking paths and main street that we never used our car during our entire stay. We prep a lot of our own food and the kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Excellent visit.

Fabulous Great Room with View of Woods

The great room is exactly as pictured: the room has comfy furniture & beautiful views of the woods. The condo is truly a short walk to downtown bars and restaurants. For those two points, this is a 5-star condo unit. However, I have downgraded this unit due to (1) maintenance issues which to me affected the unit's cleanliness and (2.) inaccuracy of the listing. As to (1), when I arrived on a Friday afternoon, the commode in the small bathroom was running. I reported the problem on Saturday, but Maintenance Man didn't come to the unit to replace the tank's flapper until Tuesday, and he had to come back on Wednesday to stop an irritating gushing water sound in the commode. Also, the hall bathroom sink and one side of the kitchen sink had sluggish drains, which I was told was a building-wide issue they were working on. Finally, the dryer was not in proper working order: the dryer tumbled but gave out little or no heat, so we found the dryer useless. As to issue (2.), inaccuracy of listing: The unit is listed as having three bedrooms but they are counting the fold-out couch in the great room. To my way of thinking, this unit has two bedrooms. They list the unit as having one full bathroom and one half-bath. The unit has two full bathrooms (primary with large shower and hall bathroom with a combo tub-shower). I think it is inaccurate to list this unit as having a dryer, as it was not in good working order (clothes still damp after running the dryer for 3 cycles).

Description and pictures are accurate. Add the very nice view from the living / dining room. We even had a very (maybe too) exciting encounter with a pair of moose when returning from breakfast one morning. Right at the entrance to the building. I think the ads may call it “ priceless”. Seriously it is a great rental.

The property was very clean and well decorated. Very well appointed for cooking too! View of the woods and the river from the balcony was so great and felt totally private. Quick walk to town—perfect location all in all. Only downside was the location of the pool and hot tub which are actually across the street, so not super convenient…

We enjoyed the time spent at the property. We were not lacking anything that we needed. Questions were answered with notes from the property owner. The unit was clean, with the only exception being the windows had handprints on them, presumably from children who stayed there before our reservation.
