Great 3 bdrm / 3 bath Ski Home w/ brand new Hot Tub close to slopes!

We have owned this lovely home in Park Forest Estates since it was built and have worked hard to keep it up to date and current. Just this past year we replaced all of the windows to help keep you warm & cozy. We love the location just minutes to the base of Peak 8 and across the street from the Nordic center. The bus stop is a short walk away. You can even ski down 8 O'clock run; then ski or walk down the road skipping the bus altogether (this is great during busy season)!

We believe you will find our home a wonderful place to stay with two main floor living areas! The living room is comfortable and very open with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a soft leather couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that make it easy to stay in and cook. With the dining table that seats 6 - 8 and the breakfast bar that seats 3, this is a great place to gather for a meal. Just off the kitchen is the family room with a new 43" Smart TV, cozy sectional couch, gas fireplace and 3/4 bath.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, new 40" smart TV and large master bath. Bedroom #2 has another King (new mattress 2021) , 32" smart TV and shares a full bathroom with bedroom #3. The last room has 2 large sets of bunk beds all with new mattresses in 2021. Total sleeps 8.

A brand new outdoor hot tub (fall 2023), gas grill, washer/dryer, and shuttle stop just a block away make Park Forest the ultimate spot for comfort and convenience. Our homes exterior was painted in the summer of 2021.

We are confident you will enjoy our mountain getaway!

*Single car garage fits 1 standard SUV (not Large) | 1 parking spot in driveway
*A car is not essential but is very nice to get to the grocery store and quick trips to town for diner.

Great place, unreasonable management
The place was great, we had an awesome during our winter ski trip. All amenities were good, clean, hot tub was a nice bonus. The shuttle walk was short, and we walked back from 4 o'clock run one afternoon and it wasn't too bad. After the trip is where things changed. I was charged a two hundred and fifty dollar damage fee by Heather who claimed that we broke their oven door which was actually broken before I arrived. I tried to explain this with Heather and VRBO but unfortunately I was still charged as they claimed they had done an inspection prior to my arrival and it was fine (it was not). Just beware (with this property and all others) if you find something damaged, make sure you do your best to prove it was not caused by you and contact your host. I wish that Heather and co would have been more keen to trust her renters, but no such luck. Just be careful with these places / management companies... they are cut throat!

Great location,clean property
This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Breckenridge. I loved the layout. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I enjoyed the separate sitting area away from the tv. The kitchen was well stocked, better than most. We used the hot tub a couple times and it was great! We are a family of 5 and I hate paying a lot of money and then barely getting any towels or toilet paper, etc….but this place was well stocked! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels to get us through a four night stay. Thank you to the hosts for helping make this an enjoyable stay.

Great location and great house.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Heather was very helpful. The house is very pretty and clean and has plenty of pace for 4 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook ( out of the 5 nights that we stayed, we cooked dinner 2 of them). We had a car, but didn't have to use it to go to ski, since the Golden Route shuttle stop is across the street and takes you to Peak 7 and 8 in a few minutes. If there is enough snow you can go back to the house skiing, if not it is a short 10 min walk or you can take the shuttle: many options!. The outdoors jacuzzi was a plus! We used it everyday after a long day in the slopes. The ski resort is great and the town is very cute; full of restaurants and little stores. We hope to come back next year !

Perfect Spot
This property was located in the perfect spot. Short bus ride to peak 8 and you can ski in through the 4 o’clock run. No need for a car. You can take free buses everywhere through town and the mountain. Beautiful property and owner was very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. The house is clean and as billed on the VRBO. We had issues with a couple of things that were beyond the owners control and they were extremely understanding and very fair in handling the matter.

Great family ski trip
We had 8 people ages 8-72, and we all had a good time. The house is advertised and cozy. The new hot tub was absolutely great. The two living areas work well for multigenerational groups. Heather is a fantastic host—responsive and helpful. It’s about a 2 block walk to the bus stop.

We all had a great time skiing and shopping, and the kitchen was well equipped when we cooked in! It was very convenient to everything and I like the short walk to the bus stop to go skiing or to go downtown.

Great Place to Stay
Last minute booking for Breckenridge for us and this place was available. The place was great overall and it had everything we needed. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars rating was the thermostat to control the heater in the master bedroom didn't work. We had a 6 months old and it was too cold for him to sleep and we couldn't keep the door to the bedroom opened since we have teenage boys in the other rooms playing. Heather (owner) told us to be patient as she was working out the kinks of the new thermostat, but at the rate that we paid for 4 nights stay we should have had some heat.
