Great place for a getaway!

This property fit the bill for exploring Breckenridge both in it’s proximity to nature and the town. It’s so close to the bus stop but feels very secluded as it backs to the nature preserve. The property was comfortable and well equipped for a family. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful & Scenic Stay!

Rented this VRBO for a weekend away & it was perfect! Great location, super clean & snow removal each day! Was able to get a free shuttle from the property to go ski at Peak 8. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely, Quiet Summer Getaway

The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub as well as cooking and hanging out at the house when we weren't hiking. It is very convenient to town and lots of hikes. The logistics were smooth, so easy in and out. A great spot to gather with friends!

We had a great time in this townhouse. Very clean. Bright. Amazing location. Quite hospitable. Enjoyed the hot tub and back patio seating! We would come again for our work retreat!

Wonderful Time

Perfect for three couples. Two queens with a king bed and a bathroom for each worked out perfectly. The size of the kitchen and living room worked out beautifully. The kitchen was adequately furnished with all of the amenities we would need. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of biking. Got lucky with great weather and changing leaves which just added to the weekend.

Destination wedding

I loved this place! It's very spacious., lots of closet and dresser space. Absolutely adored the decorative hooks and bears! It's wonderfully furnished. There's a big kitchen and large dinning room and a deck with a table. Also, a hot tub. Wonderful for large gatherings. I was giving a tour to anyone who come over! Only problem is parking--2 cars and then you have to park away.

Beautiful Home/Location but HEAT DIDNT WORK

This property is beautiful, but the service from the property manager in dealing with the heat issue was terrible. When we got there, it was 60 and it stayed that way for nearly 24 hours until they brought in space heaters for us. I hate to have to give this review because I loved the home but we spent New Year’s Eve all cuddled up by the fireplace in order to stay warm.

Great place for family get together

We really enjoyed the home. We had grown kids coming from all over the US to vacation with us and ski. There was plenty of room for everyone and a great central room to hang out. The house was convenient to the bus line for down hill skiing and walk-able to the Nordic center if you wanted to cross country ski. Even though you were in neighborhood with houses near when you looked out the window you felt like you were alone in the woods as nothing was visible but trees and snow from the great room. We had a lot of snow on our visit which made us really appreciate the garage. Bill

Ski escape with friends

Great location. Convenient for shuttle to base & to town. Well equipped. Only downside is that all mattresses could use replacement: sunken areas & too soft. Hot tub was great. TV was great. Appreciated the grill. Maintenance was quick to respond & friendly.Liked having garage to use. Instructions were clear although a few could use updating like the color of the shuttle bus line said to use black or green line but it is the gold line. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect! Every room has access to a bathroom. Split level so everyone can enjoy privacy at night. Super clean and a bonus hot tub overlooking the Nordic trail. Best of all is the location. It’s no exaggeration how close the house is to the gold bus route that can bring skiers to the mountain and non skiers into town for free in just minutes. Definitely recommend checking out Frisco and Vail if the trip allows and having a 4x4 vehicle.

Beautiful, clean home with hot tub within the Pine Trees

We loved everything about our stay and we only stay in VRBO's. The house was clean, with a bear theme (so cute!), plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to cook, including foil, saran wrap, sandwich baggies - this means a lot to VRBO-ers who do most of the cooking while visiting!There were candles available for use and even Scissors!!! They also provided humidifiers which we needed in this elevation - so thank you for that comfort.The home is beautiful with views of pines from the living room and Master bedroom.We used the hot tub several times - really easy to figure out and open - and it even had jets up to your neck if needed - fabulous. A quick shower in the huge lower level shower was the best as well.The location was great - just above the Breckenridge lookout. Close to downtown and Gondola rides. The Nordic Center is right next door for c-x skiing, and the bus stop as well - can't get any better.The couch was comfy as well as the leather lazy boy. The bed was fabulous and the fireplace was so easy to use and gave great ambiance every day and night. Just flip the switch! ;)We loved having the garage as it snowed every day we were in town.Thank you for hosting us and sharing this beautiful home with us as we make new, unforgettable memories.

Just as described - maybe better.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Great location- with the free bus, that stops at the base of Peaks 7 & 8, being just a 2 minute walk from the house. Great layout with 2 bdrms downstairs and the master upstairs. Living area was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those who want to cook. Looking forward to coming back!

Home Away From Home

My new husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon over the Thanksgiving week. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the fully stocked kitchen. The Kuerig coffeemaker wasn’t working, so the property manager brought us a new one that day! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this rental. But we have a few concerns that felt like needed to be addressed. Upon arrival, I found a dirty sock and feminine product trash in one of the rooms and the master bedroom sheets did not seem to be clean. We washed them ourselves the first night. None of the bathrooms had trash cans and with several flights of stairs, that was quite frustrating. Our biggest concern was the hot water. We had next to none the entire trip. I wish we would’ve known about all the stairs and the water situation, I have 3 kids under 5, so the trip was a little more stressful than I was hoping for. This place is good for adults who can handle issues like mentioned above, but I don’t recommend for small children.

Perfect Breck property

We stayed at this property with our 14 and 12 year old sons in the summer. This rental was absolutely perfect! Location: The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, right next to the Nordic Center. The property backs to the forest. You can walk to Main Street in about 15 minutes from the property. Also, the Breck free ride bus stop is about half a block from the property. Very convenient. Amenities: The property is in excellent shape and has everything you need: All the typical kitchen appliances, including a coffee grinder (often not present in rentals). The couch in the family room is huge and very comfortable. The deck is a great spot to have morning coffee outside. Basic items such as salt, pepper, assorted spices, coffee filters, etc were all present in the kitchen (not always present in rentals). Bedrooms: The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The master bedroom is upstairs and the kids'/guest bedrooms are downstairs, so the kids have their own space. The master bathroom is probably the nicest that I have seen in a rental- very spacious and plenty of towels for the stay. Rest of the house: One car garage included. The hot tub on the lower level is easy to use. There is also a formal dining room, but we really didn't use it as we ate out mostly. Management company: Great communication. They checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive. Putting this property on our favorites!
