Great location, great condo

The condo was ideally located with easy access to the Peak 9 chairlifts. It was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped, and it was perfect for our kids to enjoy the heated pool while we relaxed in the hot tubs after a day of skiing.

We absolutely enjoyed the apartment. Great location next to Main Street. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us great privacy. Common area was confortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay and would be back again

Location was PERFECT. Ski in / Ski out Condo. Property was extremely comfortable for my family of six. Rooms have privacy and Kitchen is well stocked. Walking distance to Quicksilver SuperChair/ Base of Peak 9 Which we love because of all its “greens”… Overall a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved Water House

The customer service was excellent. Great location in town. We walked to restaurants and the mountain. Thanks for Sarah at Gondola Resorts for helping us with our summer vacation. I would recommend this property for convenience, decor and great service.

Beautiful, great locations, and well-appointed!

Our family of 5 spent a week here, and we loved every moment. The condo is warm, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The location is close to shopping, eating, and social activities. Loved the proximity of the hiking paths and the amenities such as the pool and jacuzzis. We will be back again and would choose this place over and over again.

The condo was great. It had everything you need in the kitchen, was very clean, comfortable and very nice. We walked to dinner every night and the gondola daily. There is a grocery store near by and very convenient to everything. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the keyless entry system. We had to go down to the office at least once a day to get a new card to get into the building or the condo. The system is terrible and needs to be fixed. Again, the condo was fantastic but it was frustrating to be locked out of the building and condo so often due to their keyless entry system. If this can be fixed, it is a 5 star place!

Wonderful Condo!

What a great place to stay in Breckenridge! The condo is beautifully appointed with everything needed to cook, entertain, or just to cozy up to the fire and enjoy the mountain view through the aspens. Cute and Cozy Condo

Overall, our stay was awesome! The condo was cute and cozy! The view out the windows was gorgeous with all the aspen, bushes and stream! The carpet and rugs could've been cleaned better, towel rack in main bathroom was broke, and we heard traffic all night. However, we enjoyed our stay in this sweet condo!

Amazing vacation home!

Stayed at this gorgeous condo with two other moms. It was perfect! We all enjoyed having our own comfortable bedrooms and baths. Amazing location at the top Main St. We only had to get the car out once, otherwise we walked everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked with top of the line pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. We particularly appreciated all the power strips in every room. Also appreciate the high level of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful mountain views and in town location!

We love Water House and have stayed at several condos throughout the years. Yet this year’s accommodations were one of the best! First the lay out was great and having the 3rd room with bunk bed and full size lower bunk AND trundle was perfect. The condo had everything you could ever need, including blow dryers, fans, games, throw blankets, all kitchen items, and so much more! The location is at the top of Main Street and walking distance to everything!! There are hiking trails close by and so easy to get in and out. We will rent here again! Great 60th trip!

The condo was in a great location, we didn’t rent a car and we’re able to walk everywhere. The condo was very well equipped, having some cleaning supplies would have been great. The cleanliness was not great but that is not the condo owners fault, I did some cleaning myself with the few supplies there. Would stay at the condo again

Excellent with a lot of extras

Family of six stayed here. It was comfortable with a lot of extras like humidifiers, games, great kitchen equipment. The sofa in the living room appears to be new and different than the picture. The location was convenient and we walked to a lot of places downtown. It was very quiet and the views were good. The underground parking was nice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place!

Waterhouse was a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything- we never got car out of garage. Wood floors are extremely slick- be careful!😬. We all about took a spill at some time during our visit. Overall- great place to stay.

Nice but not safe...

Great place but hardwood floors were so slick that both kids and adults were slipping and falling. We had to buy some extra rugs to put down, very dangerous and we were lucky to not have had any serious injuries. Seemed like they used pledge on the floors to shine it up and didn’t care about our safety.
