Summary:
For those looking to enjoy the slopes and city life of Breckenridge, this cozy two-bedroom apartment is the place for you! Situated right on N Main Street in Breck's Historic District you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, and eateries within mere minutes. Or jump on the FREE bus line with several stops just outside your door and easily explore the surrounding areas. This apartment is ideal for both winter and summer activities, you are near it all!

The Space:
After a fun-filled day on the slopes or exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This apartment is in an unbeatable location with the front window looking over French Street and the building facing Main Street making it the perfect home base for those looking to explore all Breckenridge has to offer!

As you enter this third-floor apartment you will be greeted by the open living room and dining space creating a dynamic space for relaxing, eating, or having a game night. Just to the right of the front door, you will find a space set up as a storage area for your outdoor gear with coat hooks and several chubby shelves with storage cubes. In the living room area, you will find a large sectional sofa with a chaise lounger seat, and an entertainment center complete with a 60” TV, puzzles, and games. At the end of the open room is the dining area where you will find a table with seating for six with the kitchen bar conveniently located right next to the table providing additional seating for four. Connected to the dining area through the pass-thru kitchen bar is the fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find ample cabinet and pantry space for storage, and all the basic cookware including a crockpot and blender to easily whip up some delicious meals at home.

When you are ready to settle in for the night head down the hallway located off the kitchen and living room where you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the right side of the hallway are the shared full bathroom which features a single-sink vanity with under-sink storage space, a medicine cabinet, additional hanging shelves, and a tiled bath/shower combo. Directly across the hallway from the bathroom are the two bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts two twin beds, a large dresser with a 30” flat-screen TV, closet space, and a dedicated work area with a desk, chair, and monitor. The adjacent bedroom makes efficient use of the space with two bunk beds, both being twin over full futon beds. In this room, you will also find a second desk and chair, two tall dressers, and a 30” flat-screen TV. Rounding out this bedroom is the attached full bathroom which features plenty of storage space with a single-sink vanity with under-sink storage space, a medicine cabinet above the sink, a small closet with shelving, and floating shelves on the wall. The bathroom also includes a toilet and a tiled bath/shower combo.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space and to one assigned parking space where you can park two regular-size cars tandem or one larger vehicle. A parking pass is not required but guests must park in the spot marked 31E on the back side of the building.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in one of the most desired locations in town on N Main Street in the Breckenridge Historic District. In just a short two-minute walk you can be on your way to the base of Peaks 7 or 8 from the BreckConnect Gondola. Hop onto the free Main Street Trolley just a few steps away from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes where you can discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. The unbeatable location of this apartment ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
From this centrally located apartment, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and even the grocery store. The BreckConnect Gondola is a two-minute walk from the apartment and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Or head a bit outside of downtown on the FREE public transportation line which will take you anywhere from Frisco down to Fairplay. Several bus stops are located within a short walk from the apartment such as the Wellington/French St stop. Or have some fun exploring downtown with ease on the free Main Street trolley with two different stops just a three-minute walk from the door. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The condo was subpar, more like a cheap motel vs 'home away from home'. Very very basic with no personal touch of any kind: no pictures on the wall, no decoration of any sort, painted walls and ceiling with stains, dirty wall to wall carpet, very cheap chipped furniture, all plates were chipped, all cups were mismatched (mostly mugs with breckenridge logo, probably given as a promotion), there was a dishwasher leak to start, which vrbo fixed right away (this is a vrbo property). the following day, the radiator in one bedroom leaked foul smelling radiator fluid. again, vrbo reacted very quickly and told us we needed to move out, but they did not have any properties to offer us, so we were 'on our own to find another place to stay' (i travelled from another state, with 3 kids, skis, rented car and return plane tickets 4 days from that date). we had to scramble and rebook another place on our own (this was a day before new years, so everything was booked) and moved to a normal condo. the second condo was ok, but overall, very negative experience.
