Modern Peak 8 Getaway! Grandview 2BR Condo

Very close ski access to 4 O'Clock Run and down to the Snowflake Lift from this newly renovated 2-bedroom Grandview condo. We're located on Peak 8, with plenty of room for a group of 6. Come back to the condo for lunch, enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking Mount Baldy; this space is the perfect location. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, free parking, free shuttle, and flat screen TVs. Cozy up in our mountain retreat!

High-speed Wi-Fi and parking are included.

LIVING ROOM
This living area windows are east facing to capture all of the early morning sun. This space is a gorgeous area for lounging back after a long day of exploring the town.

The kitchen was renovated for maximum storage space and comfort. There is everything you need to cook a fresh homecooked meal in the unit!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS- 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS
After a long day of exploring the town, you'll be ready to rest up in one of the two bedrooms in the unit. Make yourself at home!

• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, flatscreen TV, & dresser. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and single vanity.
• Bedroom 2: King bed, closet, and views of the Rocky Mountains. This room shares the bathroom located in the hallway.

LAUNDRY
One set of washer/dryer in home in the hallway leading to both bedrooms.

PATIO AREA
This unit includes a balcony which has views of Bald Mountain and is perfect for storing mountain gear overnight.

This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 6 months.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers day passes for their amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise facilities, indoor pool with slide, sauna, rock climbing wall, running track, basketball/ racquetball/tennis courts, fitness/yoga classes, locker rooms, etc. More info is available on their website, and they're on the free shuttle route.

Cozy Ski In/Out in a quiet location

Easy check-in and check-out. Condo is nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. Both bathrooms were clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. Loved sitting by the fireplace enjoying gorgeous view. 4-o'clock run is located a few steps away, so getting to the slopes and coming back was super easy. Condo is located away from busy streets, so no street noise and whole place felt very tranquil. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Neighbors could be noisy during the day, but at 10PM whole place fell quiet.Great experience overall.

The unit was exactly as depicted and the kids were thrilled to find boardgames/cards to entertain themselves after a day on the slopes. It's a short walk to the free shuttle (keep in mind if kids are younger/you have to tote equipment), but still manageable. It was very easy to communicate with them. Overall, our family had a great time.

This was a very clean condo and met our needs for our stay. We were only there a few days but loved the area. Condo was not huge but for us it was perfect size. Beautiful views and so close to downtown. Loved loved the area once i adjusted to the altitude. Highly recommend and i would stay there again in the future

Restful spot to enjoy the mountains

The condo is as described and was a delightful place to stay during our trip to Breckenridge. Just steps away from the four o’clock run it was the perfect opportunity to walk to and from town while getting our exercise rings completed! Neighbors had beautiful flowers and hummingbird feeders that was an added bonus to our stay.

Great condo, great location

Took the family in January to enjoy the snow and ski/board. This condo was great for us, plenty of room, the two bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was fine with all the amenities, though we never really cooked anything beyond breakfast. The location is perfect, based on other reviews there is debate on whether it is ski in/ski out. As far as I'm concerned, it is ski in/ski out... true it's not right off your back porch, however it is only about 100 yards to walk across the property to the Lower 4 O'Clock run drop-in spot. You will do more walking at any resort to get to a run or lift than you would here, so that's good enough for me! Once you drop in on the 4 O'Clock, just take it down to the Snowflake Lift and enjoy your day. Would definitely stay here again.

With two skiers and two non skiers and a toddler this was the perfect balance of a quick (ski) run around the parking lot to get to the mountain or a quick drive up to peak 8 Downtown was very easy to access. The place itself was enough space for all 5 and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Good spot, sketchy management

My friends and I had a good stay here - the location is very nice and the property is comfortable. The kitchen was stocked decently well for a longer stay. The king/twin beds were comfortable, although the queen was only ok. There's a good amount of space and the living room area was fairly comfortable. The only real negative for our stay was management overcharging us for cleaning. We took extra care to make sure the unit was organized and easy to clean, and even took out the trash/recycling. They charged extra after we left and mentioned a few specific items that I know for sure weren't dirty. They then explained that stays of longer than a week often incur extra cleaning charges, which was not mentioned upfront in any way. They made no effort to make things right. I would stay in this unit again, but budget for an extra $80 cleaning fee.

Very Convenient...

It wasn't a very fance place but it was perfect for access to the slopes and value. It was about a 4 minute walk to a ski trail that takes you to a lift... Not quite ski-in/ski-out but pretty close.

Clean and well furnished property

We had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of space with 4 adults and two little ones. (2 & 5) Great views while enjoying morning coffee and the fireplace provides ample heat. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and we prepared 90% of our meals in the condo. The one complaint I have is around the “ski-in ski-out” statement in the listing. Technically, this statement could be true IF there’s plenty of snow on the roadway. You have to ski down the road (from the upper parking lot) for 150-200 yards to reach the four o’clock run and upon returning you ski back down the road about the same distance to the lower parking lot. It wasn’t obvious how you reach four o’clock run either so I had to drive/walk around to figure out where the entry to the run was and it’s in the curve of the main road between the upper and lower parking lot. During our stay, the weather was warm and sunny. Beautiful for the views but the roads weren’t covered in snow so it impacts the ski-in ski-out capabilities. I think the listing should more accurately state “a short walk to the four o’clock run” and not ski-in ski-out. Aside from this, the unit has a great location that is truly minutes away from downtown, base of peak 8, and bus stops. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is a great location!
