Nestled on the fifth floor, with views of Breckenridge Ski Resort's Peaks 9 and 10, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom Trails End condo (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) offers 1,075 square feet of pure comfort and charming ski town ambiance that will whisk you away from the moment you step inside. This unit has had a major remodel in 2024, and is ready to be your home-base of your Breckenridge adventure!
As you enter, you'll immediately notice the warm and welcoming atmosphere that surrounds you. The beautiful wood cabinet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with all the glassware, dishware, and cooking utensils you'll need to whip up and savor your favorite home-cooked meals. From a microwave and stove to a dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, every modern convenience is at your fingertips. Enjoy your culinary creations at the countertop bar, perfect for two, or gather around the wood dining table, where six can comfortably dine together.
After a day of exploring the stunning outdoors, sink into the one of the two couches in the beautiful living room. Whether you're watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV, using the DVR, or immersing yourself in a good book with a cup of hot cocoa, the gas fireplace will envelope you in a comforting warmth, making you feel right at home. On sunny days and during the exquisite summer months, step outside onto your private deck and marvel at the unique mountain views that surround you.
When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find the master bedroom a haven of relaxation, with a luxurious King bed adorned with sumptuous bedding and wood accent pieces that add a touch of rustic charm. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

Guests of Trails End also have seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex, which boasts an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a tranquil sun tanning area, ensuring that your stay is packed with relaxation and enjoyment. (Please note that access to the pool complex is seasonal, subject to Spring and Fall closures.)
