Welcome to “The Good Place” – your perfect mountain getaway!

This property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay — a cozy gas fireplace, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic deck with breathtaking views. With room to sleep seven guests comfortably, it’s ideal for families or small groups.

Enjoy the convenience of three newly remodeled full bathrooms, plus an in-unit washer and dryer to keep things easy during your stay. The attached garage features boot and glove warmers, so you can start your ski days with toasty hands and feet.

A free shuttle at the end of the parking lot makes getting to the slopes or downtown Breckenridge a breeze. After a day of adventure, soak your sore muscles in the inviting hot tub, or head over to the Clubhouse to play pool or shuffleboard with your group. You'll also find outdoor grills, a firepit for s’mores and storytelling, and plenty of space to relax and reconnect.

Thoughtfully Designed Tri-Level Layout for Comfort and Convenience

This spacious tri-level property offers plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Guests can enter through the attached garage on the lower level or via the main building entrance, which includes a short flight of stairs leading to the front door.

The lower level features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a laundry area and access to the garage. One bedroom includes a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering a twin bed and a bunk bed.

Upstairs, the main level offers a bright and open living space with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, and access to a private deck with stunning views. Also on this level is the third bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and a nearby full bathroom.

Huge outside porch with remarkable view and feeling that you are far from the Madding crowd is by far the best part of this day. Of course, having a hot tub that you only share with potentially a few other people is very very nice as well.

Great views and well stocked !

Overall, very happy. Positives were the communication with the owner, allowed early check in, kitchen is very well stocked, shampoo and conditioner provided, AMAZING views. Negatives were that it was an older building, hot tub was broken, thin walls.

Great place!

Great place to stay. My favorite part was definitive the view. It is so beautiful to watch the weather change and watch storms come up over the mountains. So lovely. The place was cozy and the hot tub was almost always available. The only thing I didn’t really realize from the listing is that there are units above you. Overall great place to stay!

Phenomenal View

The condo is roomy and very comfortable. Quiet area. The deck is large! Morning coffee with a gorgeous view of all the ski area. Sunshine on the mountain in the morning is breathtaking. Noelle is one of the best hosts we have dealt with over the years of using VRBO. She responded in a matter of minutes when called. She also has a GREAT personality - fun to deal with. The condo had everything we needed - wonderful w/d! You can not go wrong with this Condo and Owner.

Great spot for our first family trip to Breck

We had a baby, so having the high chair and baby bed was great. We loved the living room, fire place, and view! We enjoyed the hot tub just steps away from the unit too. Check in was easy, the owner was so responsive, and it is a 6 minute drive to the slopes.

The condo was very nice and cozy. It has a great view of the mountains. It was clean and comfy! When we arrived the keys were not at the front desk. We called the number, the guy was there in about 3 minutes and had us all ready to go. It was a great stay!!

Mountain Retreat for Skiers

This location gives cozy cabin vibes and is nestled in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. It was clean, and well-equipped with games and any essentials you could ever need for your stay. For those who ski, it is conveniently located near the slopes. We had some unfortunate and unforeseen events occur that were outside of the host’s control, but they were very responsive and handled the matter promptly.

A beautiful condo, secluded on the mountain side, close enough to town to take advantage of Breckenridge, but far enough away to feel secluded. A beautiful view of the entire Breckenridge Valley. one of the best appointed kitchens I’ve ever experienced at a rental property. Great view of the mountain but the hot tub was out of service

The location was perfect and the view was as advertised. The property was not very clean when we arrived. Generally outdated interior. Toilet in the master was broken when we arrived. Property manager had it fixed during our stay. Very disappointed that the advertised hot tub was out of service for what appears to have been an extended period of time.

Breck property

This property is in need of updating. The carpet is old and the bathrooms are tiny. The view is amazing and the hot tub location are the best aspects of this property. Some parts of the kitchen are updated but they hung a countertop microwave above the stove with no vent or light. Corners were cut in the updating of the kitchen. If you have someone staying above this property you will hear every step they make. We let the property manager know the washer wasn’t working properly and the water was turned off to the washer due to a leaky value. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was more updated, ie, new flooring, updated bathrooms.

Great place that needs just a little maintenance

The views are breathtaking, communications with host prompt and efficient. Kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub in the building was super nice. Place needs a little upkeeping. Top of fridge hasn't been cleaned in a while and you can see a thick layer of dust. Window in the main bedroom has a draft and doesn't close properly and the toilet in that same bathroom will not stop leaking water so I had to close the valve under the sink every time i flushed. This is a great and convenient place with just a couple of things missing to make it fantastic.

We all enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo! The views were AMAZING! Easy check in/out process! Wonderful to have coffee stocked and ziplock bags, spices, the little things! Plenty of room for our family and just a cute, cozy place to stay! You are in a condo and can hear others coming/going. Other than that, fantastic! Close to everything!
