Enjoy true mountain living at the base of the resort! In winter, the ski area is the first stop on the bus route, making it incredibly easy to get on and off the slopes. In summer, step outside for instant access to trails, mountain biking, and the Adventure Park just a short walk or bus ride away.
Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area make this condo perfect for groups. Relax by the new electric fireplace and sleep comfortably on brand‑new memory‑foam beds. The main bedroom features a queen, while the guest room includes a twin‑over‑full bunk and a twin trundle. A memory‑foam sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to sleep up to 8 adults with ease.
StayLTD manages multiple condos in this complex, making it simple to book additional units for larger groups or friends traveling together. Guests booking 30+ days in advance can add flexible trip‑protection insurance, allowing cancellation up to 2 days before arrival for a full refund.
Primary renter must be 25+ and present during the stay.

The condo was well-maintained and offered plenty of space for 6 people. There was a convenient locker downstairs to keep our ski equipment and the complex is the first bus stop from Peak 8 chair lifts. Overall an excellent experience!

Spacious 2 bedroom condo in a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location. Condo had nice open space, fully stocked kitchen and two spacious bedroom. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and could have added friends if needed. Located within easy walking distance to the bus one stop from peak 8 for skiing. Easy driving distance to town and Peak 9. Would stay again.

Location, Location, Location!!!
Great Location for Summer and Winter! Close to everything. Near Peak 8 base. Hiking and mountain biking trails were just outside. The town of Breck and Resort shuttles came right across the street. The place was clean, very responsive and really enjoyed the mountain views from balcony! Looking forward to coming back and staying here during ski season!

Great Condo and Location
We had a family of four and this condo was perfect for us. We had a quick stay and wish we had a few extra days to spend in the mountains and in the heart of Breckenridge.

Great LOCATION, Nice VIEWS and CLEAN!!!
Great stay overall! The condo has been nicely renovated, CLEAN and beds were COMFORTABLE! Having the bus/shuttle stop across the street was really convenient for getting to Main St. Brett our Host was quick to answer questions and very helpful. Will definitely re-book this condo next time we come up to ski BRECK again in January.

Beautiful condo, perfect location.
Just as pictured, newly renovated condo just steps away from adventure. Check in was smooth and the place was extremely clean. Plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped and balcony offers superb views. Spacious living area with fire place to relax in the evening with wine or hot chocolate. We hope to return when ski season is in full swing.

Property location was great! The condo was clean and ready for us! We Couldnt figure out shower... it was either blazing hot or freezing cold. Our kids loved the bunk beds ( they thought it was awesome that there was a third bed hiding) The memory bed was way too hard -my husband and I couldn’t handle it. my husband slept on the couch , and I ended up moving to the bunk bed with my kids.
