Great place to stay in Breckenridge, just 2 short block walk to downtown Breck and gondola for slopes. Loved the hot tub on cold winter nights. Property manager great to work with and answered any questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip to Breckenridge.

Great spot!

Great location in Breckenridge, easy walking to Main Street area and very close to the gondola. Clean and well stocked, plenty of extra towels for the well maintained pool and hot tubs. Owner was responsive to our questions, would stay again.

Breckenridge ski vacation

The property was wonderful and met our needs perfectly. It was well appointed, in the location was extremely convenient. If we were to return to Breckenridge, which is likely, I would seek this property again.

Property was amazing! Extremely clean, easy check-in, plenty of room, and perfect location to walk to Peak 8 or catch a quick bus ride over to Park 9. Not to mention the easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dinner every evening! We would definitely book this place again!

Great location

My family stayed here for three days and we loved the location. The condo was great and exactly what we expected. We loved that we could walk to the downtown area. We went horseback riding just a short drive away. Daniel was always in contact if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic property

Excellent property, was able to ski to the front door of the condo with the 4 o’clock run each day. We would definitely return. Everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants and bars. Condo was very close to the gondola and made skiing a breeze. You will NOT be disappointed. The hot tub is very close to the condo and we made great use of it.

Great location for us…

…very close to the gondola to start the day skiing, less than 5 minutes walk from the end of 4 o’clock run to end our skiing day, and easy walk to restaurants/shops for the evening. Daniel was great and very helpful during our visit. Many thanks…and looking forward to a return visit!

Almost Ski In / Ski Out

Even though this property is not on 4 O'clock run, it should be considered ski in/ski out. It is located about 100 yards from both skier drop points of 4 O'clock run. The unit is a bit dated but very clean and well stock with towels, paper products, soaps, shampoos, spices etc. The unit is very close to one of the property hot tubs. Definitely would stay again or recommend to a friend,

Great family friendly condo

Love the location! The condo was clean & there was lots of room. My kids are teens and the bunks were a bit tight for them because they are tall, but this would be a great place for those with younger (or not so tall!) kids. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking and biking.

Great Place and location

The host was so very helpful when an item broke in the unit, it was resolved within 24 hours. The place was a great location to town and the slopes, beds were great, kitchen had so many items that would normally not be available in the unit. Made it so easy for us to cook our meals each night rather than going out. We will definitely keep this place for future stays.

Great summer get away

We had a great stay in August. The shops and restarants on Main Street were a short walk away. There were plenty of hikes nearby and the weather was perfect. My son crossed the street to the gondola parking lot and was able to take the mountain shuttle to the 14er Quandry easily. We took the free main street trolley to see the Troll statue which was fun. We haad a vegan in our party and had no problem finding dining options.

Ski Hill

This unit was great for our group and our family’s intentions on this trip. It housed 5 of us comfortably. The 3 bedrooms had 3 adjacent full baths so nobody had any issues. Access to go snowboarding on the mountains was not difficult at all; Breck Connect Gondola was a short walk away. Beds were comfortable, including the bunk beds. And the owner gave excellent instructions prior to check in and check out so there was no questions or problems.

Clean and a great location

This property was very clean which was important to me. There were ample supplies - dishes, towels, shampoo. Easy to communicate with owner. We used the hot tub which was also clean and nice. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is a little odd bc it’s not really a room w/o a window. It worked for us though. Also liked that there were games in the condo.

Met the family for a get together.

We met all of our adult kids at this condo for a get together for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for all of us and everyone had a bedroom and a bathroom. The location could not be better for skiing and snowboarding. You are an easy walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants and rentals. We highly recommend this condo for a larger group Or family. The owner was amazing and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Loved it! Will be back!

Awesome Condo, Great Location!

We rent condos in mountain towns in Colorado 3-4 times a year and this was one of the best we've ever stayed in. The location was great; we could easily walk to the gondola or Main Street. The condo was very spacious and well kept-there were three separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Our party had six, but the condo could easily fit eight with NO ONE sleeping in the living room! The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as were the bathrooms (full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash :) ). The HOA provided wood for the fireplace which was a special treat. Daniel, the host, checked on us via email days before the visit, and right before check-in and check-out; he quickly responded to my questions. Both check-in and out were very easy. We would definitely stay here again!
