Updated, quiet condo on Main Street! Walk into an inviting living space with brand new kitchen, open layout, large windows and gas fireplace. Walk to anything in Breck or hop on the free trolly. Master bedroom features a king with attached bath while the guest bedroom has a queen plus bunk bed and its own attached bath. In-unit laundry and detached 1 car heated garage are other bonuses. Onsite hot tubs plus access to heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center and steam room!

The space
• Living room with gas fireplace, sofa and two arm chairs. Sofa has a queen pullout bed for additional sleeping.
• Dining area.
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar. Brand new everything! Basic appliances are included as well as a crockpot, blender and drip coffee maker.
• Dedicated workspace.
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower, separate tub and double vanity.
• Second bedroom with queen bed plus bunk bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• In-unit washer/dryer.

Outdoor Area:
• Patio with table and chairs. Private garden feel in the summer.

Building and Amenities:
• Detached one car heated garage. Bring your cable and keep your car charged!
• Two onsite outdoor hot tubs.
• Access to Main Street Station amenities including outdoor pool*, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, locker rooms with steam shower, owner's lounge, day lockers and media room. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 4th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck.
• Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.

Location:
• Located on Main Street and only a short walk to shops and restaurants in La Cima Mall.
• Across the street from the Ice Rink and Train Playground Park, great for kids in the summer an winter.
• Walk from the condo to the Troll Trail to see the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll created by a Danish artist.
• Carter Park free sledding hill is just a couple blocks away and walkable.
• Ski slope access: The closest lift to this property is the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak 9*, in the Village, about a 10-15 minute walk. The other option is to take the bus that stops directly in front of the unit and take it two stops. It'll stop across the street from the Village and it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift from there. The bus will also continue on to the Gondola which goes to the base of Peak 7 and 8. *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• Walkable to everything Breck has to offer! The train park, troll hike and Carter Park are all within a block.

Occupancy Limit: 6
Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional or oversized cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking).

Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
• Well-stocked properties with quality items.

Other things to note
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Maximum occupancy (6) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

This place was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our main group and four additional hangout guests after skiing. The kitchen was very well appointed for family meals. They had everything you could need on hand, including full size dish and hand soap as well as paper products. We were perfectly comfortable.

We had a great time in Breck. This home was the perfect size for our family of four and could’ve fit more! It was super clean and a great location - walking distance to trails, playgrounds and Breck brewery. We will be back!

Convenient location and very clean!

Short walk to the lifts, restaurants and shopping. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen and we found it easy to make meals there. It also had plenty of supplies like spare garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. and it was nice that it was not the cheap stuff. The environment was very pleasant. Unfortunately we found out about the ski valet the last day we were there. Would have been nice to know from the first day. It should be posted somewhere easy to see. Also if you are driving a Suburban it does not fit in the garage because there are some storage bins in the front of the garage.
